I have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here so far. My experience reserving my unit was easy and stress free. Along with my experience of putting my stuff in my unit. They offer a free truck to borrow for the day (930 am to 5pm). The guy at the san Marcos storage unit was just as great as the Oceanside girl. The only issue I had was the elevator but they said they are going to redo that soon. They also seem to offer discounts for random things that I wasn’t able to take advantage of because I’m only storing my stuff for a few months. Anyways def recommend!

Great place! Just moved out all my stuff but it was a great experience. Michelle at the front is pleasant and courteous. My stuff was safe the entire time it was here. Would use again and highly recommend.

They are accommodating when they try to get you into renting a space. However, they tend to change chairs at this location that you don’t constantly talk to the same person. They have 25% off for three months promotion when we signed contract and was told 20% off after since we are military. After 3 mos they are charging us with 10% discount deducted. It is nowhere 20% and their contract doesn’t indicate the discount they offer so they could charge you with any amount of discount that is current not what you’re promised during the signing of contract. However, in the contract they have protection for themselves for no verbal agreement is honored. For the price they offer and for the condition of the place, I would take my business somewhere else. Like Security Public Storage by Oceanside and PCH. They have better newer spaces, security cam in the buildings, and lift is safe for people to get on. I mean if all you get is 10% discount, and end up with paying the same price for Security Public.
They have friendly staff but that doesn’t pay your rent. And SW location needed a lot of upkeeping. Their gates are so dangerous and could almost hit my suv because it would malfunction every now and then.

Nice enough of a place the management are nice.

I came here a while ago looking for a spot to store my stuff and the employees were so nice and helpful. The guy took me in his little golf kart to show me some of the units which are inside a building unlike some other storage places. He explained everything from the prices, the hours and making the payments. They even have discounts if you work for certain companies which is always nice. When I do need a place again I will be coming here.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The customer service is outstanding. They really care about the customer and go over and beyond to assist your every needs to acquire the right storage space needed. They also informed me of all available discounts unlike other facilities that don’t unless you ask.

The customer service at this location is top-​notch! I recently closed my account after 18 months, and I never had a problem. I few months ago, I forgot to secure my lock properly and I got an email from management letting me know that they noticed it on a routine lock check and they put another lock on to secure my stuff. That’s going above and beyond, for sure. I highly recommend this facility if you’re looking for a storage unit in Oceanside!

Seriously. They really care about their customers and try to help you out as much as they can. Never had a billing problem and they always try work around your needs if possible.

I’ve rented many storage units from here for my personal stuff when I moved last as well as a few units for my business. Jennifer knows how busy I am and makes it as easy as possible to move in and out of the units. By the time I get there she usually has all the paperwork ready to sign so its an easy in-​and-​out experience.
They run a very professional and thorough storage facility and look forward to experiencing their awesomeness in the future!
