My son and I stopped in here yesterday night right before they closed and the staff was very nice and courteous. Even though it took me awhile to decide what I wanted since I wanted something besides my regular unsweetened green tea.
There’s a few Starbucks headed towards long beach and I would recommend this one. I will stop by here again

I’ve always likes this starbucks. It’s comfortable (lots of seating) and it’s in my home town so this is where I stop when heading back to my parents house. This is a generally quiet and not so busy starbucks. They do run out of a lot of items before other starbucks so I’d have to say that it’s not well stocked BUT the staff is always quick with really great close alternatives to whatever they run out of. This is pretty helpful and a good way to find new drinks. The service is generally quick and the staff is always nice (though it seems to change a lot). I’m a fan.

Love this location, the barristas are always very friendly and the location is always clean. This is a must stop for my son an I when we are out an about. They always have plenty of Milk boxes for kids and the bathroom is much cleaner then any of the other stores in the Sands Plaza!

This is the only Starbucks that I’ve ever been to that says you cannot make separate purchases with your Starbucks app. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of Starbucks and no one has ever said that.

This Starbucks is located as an inline store in a grocery center anchored shopping mall. The impact of that is that it’s narrow and very deep, with the bar at the back. That said, it’s a nice space — a little dark for my tastes — but has a lot of room to enjoy the coffee and drinks.
It was a little messy when I was there, napkins laying towards the front, but the staff looked to be diligently cleaning up. They seemed like two nice folks and were very friendly.
A number of regulars park out front, parallel to the sidewalk and wait while someone else goes into to get the drinks. If you are in a rush and with someone else, that may be a good idea. Otherwise, just park and run in.
Free wifi, standard at Starbucks, makes this a great location. Even better was its mile distance from the Beach.

Solid location and one of my preferred ones in the area. The seating is plentiful and I like the set-​up here. On one of my last visits, they ran out of Bold, and the barista gave me a shot of espresso for free. That’s awesome customer service right there. Sometimes it seems like they’re closed earlier than other locations, but I’m not sure if that’s just in my imagination!

Great little Starbucks in the Long Beach Sands shopping plaza.
Very friendly staff, with lots of seating area up front, although the serving area being at the back of the store can get very cramped with the long queues that form.
Other than that — it’s a Starbucks, and I need lots of caffeine to function properly so I’ll be here.

great employees, mostly great patrons. one set of supercranky crabs that grumble as they walk (they usually come and read the paper, older couple, ogress has thin/​balding red hair, crankophile hubs is balding, and looks kind of like mr. wilson, you know, perma-​scowl. they like to complain loudly about things that don’t make any sense and should leave people in peace.) other than that, lots of kids bouncing around, friendly parents, parking gets busy even though the parking lot is pretty large. and the drinks aren’t perfect :(weak sauce. but the barista/​ringers are so damn friendly it’s so hard to ask them to fix it :)

I do not usually review Starbucks unless there is something unusual about them for the better or worse.
We have been here quite a few times on the way to Long Beach. I probably will not go to Long Beach any more. It is pretentious for no reason. But in any case if I ever do go to Long Beach again I will go here.
It has the cleanest bathroom of any Starbucks in the New York area, (the 5 boros and Long Island) which seems to have the dirtiest Starbucks I have been to. This one is clean!
Also the service is friendly and it is one of the few Starbucks I have been in the NY area to that actually serves coffee and not coffee flavored water! For the first time I tried the Strawberry Frappuccino. It was delicious! The employee at the counter suggested it and it was a great suggestion! And BTW I don’t give 5 stars to chains. That is the only reason it is not 5 stars!

As Samantha S. stated, this Starbucks location is very spacious.
The staff were more than friendly and helpful and even tried to make some type of special drink for the customer in front of me.
The manager (it seemed) was asking customers how their drinks/​food was who were sitting and the whole place seemed clean.
Parking lot on premises (Sands Shopping Center).

Howard Beach, NY
This is the only Starbucks (in the Queens, LI, and Manhattan area) that I feel can make a decent soy cappuchino — seriously. At any other location I have rarely been happy.
The staff are always friendly and they have vegan cookies and snacks too. It is pretty spacious — they do not cram you in at this location either. I mean — there are not an over-​abundant amount of seats or anything — but you are not crammed. Besides it is in a strip mall — so I do not think people really come here to hang out.
