BAD BUSINESS
contracted pierro construction to do my solar in Nov. 2015 they said 10 to 12 weeks for completion it’s now may 2016 and still no solar on my roof DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, I call and I get run back and forth from phone to phone and they continue to lie for 3 months now they are short material.

Beware: Do not do business with this company or get employed with them… totally unlegit and scam!!! They overcharge their customers and doesnt use product promised… unlicensed. They have a huge turn over rate with employess as well. and hire convicts and unprofessionals. You work for them and don’t pay you! They tried starting office in Corona… it is already failing so bad they are shuting it down. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company that has horrible ethics and lie and deceive customers.

This company is a rip off they employed my husband for two weeks they have not fully paid him. They use cheap materials and they tell there employes to mickey mouse the job. More then half of the employes are not certified and are workers from Home depot. Dont use this company go to another company for ur solar and construction needs

Working with this company has been the worst experience of my life. We contracted with Pierro in December of 2011 and finally had to terminate the contract in spring of 2015 due to lack of progress. Little did we know that a lot of the work that was done would have to be redone. Our new contractor is continually finding problems with the engineering and workmanship of Pierro.
All along, we feel we were lied to and strung along.

RUN RUN RUN Pierro was the biggest mistake of my life! I am now trying to sell my house because I am so afraid of having to pay the Hero program next year and a $ 200+ electric bill every month. Instead of saving me money I am going to be paying double. Everything my sales rep NIck told me was a LIE so RUN from him first. I can’t talk to the owner or engineer or anybody who knows about solar panel because according to the girls in the office «they don’t typically deal with customers» SMFH what kind of business is that! Then Edison not only tells me that my solar panels are suppost to generate like 400 kwh when Pierro said 800 kwh they also said that there is clearly something wrong because I am constantly on there grid and that with all the panels I have I really shouldn’t be paying anything. So I call Pierro and they say «Oh Edison says that sometimes but theres really no way for them to know. WTF REALLY! It has been 8 months since I got the panels and I owe Edison over $ 1000.00. Pierro did give me 6 more panels but there has still been no difference what so ever. It would take me pages to explain eveything I’ve been through with them but it has been nothing but PROBLEMS and LIES so just RUN!!!

Had a rep come out to home and went over a system we wanted. Agreed on price and location and signed a contract with a $ 1000 down. We were purchasing solar system. Set a day in jan for engineer to come out and look and then a date of Feb 23 to begin. Well these days all passed and no show Called and were told City of Corona was denying permits for slope. Called City and they had no inquiries on our property let alone permits applied for. LIE 2 Asked for salesman to return and he said he would with engineer well salesman comes but no engineer, said he had been out already. LIE 3. Called their main office and asked about the contract and they said they would get back to us. Salesman calls and says project will have to change because city will not allow it again. We told him to return our deposit and we were done with them. He tells us we will probably be charged 5– 10% of contract for all the work they have put into it (NONE ACCORDING TO CITY AND US). Main office calls and says they will end contract and return deposit but they have not cashed check. We told them we wanted our check back and they said they had to locate it. We had to call for the next week while they said 2 different people had our check. Finally they called and said they could not locate check so we were done. Told them we wanted check and they said well these things happen. NO checks are not just lost. They said no big deal then just stop payment on check. $ 35 to stop payment and we had nothing. Terrible business practices and attitudes, They did say they would refund the $ 35 if I wrote a letter that we wanted out of contract and that was it. Well we paid the $ 35 and no they were no way professional or reputable and I will not say it in a letter for $ 35. NEVER EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
