PhenomePool and Spa Service

Soly and his crew are awesome! Have been using them for a couple years now and have referred friends too. My pool has never looked better, and if I need repairs Soly takes care of that too. Don’t call anyone else… unless you want to go w second-​best! My friends that use Soly rave about him too!

PhenomePool — Soly and crew, have serviced our HOA association pool and spa for the past 3 months. The clarity, and condition of our pool and spa are MUCH improved versus our previous vendor. He has also had to deal with the spring duck problem, which has caused extra work late into this season. He has kept the county required records complete and up to date.

We’ve used this company for a few months now and they’ve been great. On his first service, Soly suspected a leak, he recommended a leak detection service and sure enough, we had a BIG leak. We got the leak fixed soon after. I don’t know how long it would’ve taken us to figure out we had a pool leak since it’s been leaking ever since we moved in/​had the pool remodeled. We thought the high water bill was normal for having a pool. Our water bill is much lower now that the leak was fixed.
Our pool wasn’t serviced the last week of December which happened to coincide with a wind storm leaving our pool very dirty, which also coincided with a New Year’s Party we were to host 2 days later. I contacted Soly wondering why our pool guy hadn’t showed and Soly explained that the months of the year that have 5 weeks there’s no service on the 5^th week, due to a 4 week/​month billing plan. Okay, yes, I get it, makes sense, but I need a clean pool and I didn’t have time to do it myself! So, Soly offered to come out the next day, New Year’s Eve, and clean it. I thought that was cool. As it turned out, my landscapers were already on it, so there was no need for Soly to make the trip. Nice to know that a business owner will do all he can to make his customers happy.
Then, last month my 2 year old pool pump drive went out. Sheesh! Soly let me know right away, he even made some calls to the manufacturer for me to find out about getting a new drive covered even though the warranty was expired. As it turned out, the drive WAS covered and we didn’t have to pay to replace it.
So, yeah, I think Soly, and our pool guy, Bryce, are fantastic! Thanks guys :-)

Great service in a timely manner. Unclogged my main pool line in less then 10 min, a three foot Minnie mouse Balloon. Lol. Having pool problems or need service call them.

Best pool service in the world! After using three other pool services, we found Soly on the Internet and have been incredibly impressed! When Soly first showed up, the pool was green, there was no flow, we ruined the pump with bubbles, accidentally heated the pool to 102 degrees… the list goes on. Within the first week or so, the pool was looking like a tropical oasis! Amazing customer service, always shows up, and uses the best equipment and chemicals to keep the pool looking amazing. We highly recommend Soly and Phenomepool– definitely the best around!!!

Man! I am impressed. We called these guys yesterday morning and they were here by the afternoon. Turned our swamp into a crystal blue oasis. He cleaned our filter, vacuumed, brushed (more like scrubbed) and balanced out our chemicals. All of this for a pretty decent price too. I don’t know why we waited this long!

We’ve been using Phenomepool for over three years now! They have always been timely and they do a great job caring for our pool! They even put a new pump in when our old one broke. I especially appreciate the owner Soly and his commitment to his customers. He’s always willing to come out to check on any issues or concerns. He even helped me trouble shoot a problem with our solar which saved us a lot of money! Highly recommend this company!

Soly’s been cleaning and maintaining my pool for the past 4 years now. I’ve never had any issues, super cool guy. If your looking for a good pool guy that can do it all… contact soly he won’t do you wrong.

Our good friend recommended Soly for pool cleaning services. Being a first time pool owner we didn’t really know who to talk to or trust. We interviewed a couple cleaners and ultimately felt most comfortable with Soly and his crew. Always dependable, on time, and keeps us up to date on what’s going on with our pool. Soly has been responsive to any issue or service need we’ve encountered, which I’m not sure any of the other services we interviewed would’ve been as good.

We were fed up with our previous pool service ! We have a salt water pool and although its lower maintenance it does need to be serviced by someone who knows how to handle a salt cell and system.
Soly was very knowledgeable about what our pool needed and was upfront about the treatment plan. He has been AMAZING — honestly just this weekend my husband and I were talking about how much «cleaner» the water looked and felt.

Soly is the best! Night & Day from my old pool service. My previous pool co. was like pulling teeth to get service & repairs done and & M.I.A. to call up or communicate with. The old service apparently didn’t know how to properly balance the chemicals either. Soly does! If you want perfectly balanced, sparkling clear fresh water in your pool call Soly. He is excellent and quick and responsive to any text or inquiry or phone call.
He makes sure things get done and get done right my last «service» had me manually turning on and off my pump everyday. Soly took care of it right away and even spoke to the manufacturer to get it running perfectly. He rules! It’s so nice now!

Soly is awesome! He goes above and beyond. We recently moved and our pool was a little neglected. Now it’s back in shape and working as it should! Super knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. This guy really knows his stuff! So I am a first time pool owner and I inherited the old pool guy. After 2 days we had an issue with one of the valves, I called text and emailed my pool guy and NOTHING! So I found Sully and he called back the same day (A weekend) and showed up the next day (memorial day) he fixed the issue and walked my wife and I through the steps and why it wasn’t working. He also fixed the light in 2 mins and tested the pool. He is grade A+ and I highly recommend him. needless to say I am firing my inherited pool guy tomorrow and hiring Sully’s service!

Soly and his crew are amazing! I am a first time pool owner and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Soly and his guys do. His prices are competitive and the work speaks for itself. I love coming home to a sparkling pool. In the event of a pool equipment emergency, Soly will do everything in his power to fix the issue (even on a Sunday with wife and child in tote). I highly recommend Phenomepool for all your pool service needs. I’ll be a customer as long as I own a pool.

If I could give PhenomPool ten stars I would! Soly came to service our pool and he was awesome. He replaced the pool timer for half the cost of what another company quoted us for. He never wanted to sell us on anything or tell us we needed something we didn’t. Great company, we will be using them for all of our pool services from now on. I highly recommend them.

Soly has been cleaning my pool for over a month now. He always shows up on the day and time hes scheduled to come. Hes friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He does an amazing job during the heavily used summer months and the same in winter months. He makes sure the chemicals are there and the water is always balanced. My pool has never been so clean!

Prior to contacting Phenomepool and Spa, I had two pool services that were sub par at best. Unreliable, incompetent, and flaky. One outfit came sporadically and another increased his price after two visits. I work 60 hours a week and simply don’t have the time to deal with a green, slimy pool! A friend of a friend told me about Phenomepool. Soly is conscientious, reliable and knows his trade. So far so good. My pool has not ever looked this good! There are some real flakes out there. Soly is not one of them. I highly recommend this business.
