Oceanside Inn & Suites

This place needs a lot of attention by the management. It is very unclean. There overflowing trash cans all around the parking lot. There are smashed bug stains on the walls. There is enough mold and mildew in the shower area to present a valid health concern. I expected to be attacked by bed bugs but thankfully I was spared that unpleasantness. The blinds in the bathroom are inadequate; neighbors in the adjacent apartment building will have visibility of you on the toilet or entering the shower.
The staff was very pleasant upon check in. It just appears that they don’t care much about this place.

Most definitely the dirtiest and most unsafe motel I have ever stayed in, literally everything was dirty, there was panties stuffed into the couch, there was mold and a missing smoke detector

I’ve stayed in run down places before, but this place is beyond bad.
The owner is friendly, but honestly the place needs to be shut down.
I cant stress enough how bad it was.

Don’t go here. Very run down. Dirty. Questionable clientele. I think this place should be closed down by the health department or city inspector. Again, don’t go here.

One word…
DISGUSTING.
This place is by far the worst place I’ve stayed in. Spiders and cob webs on the walls. Black flakes in the shower and in the toilet. Smells horrible. The door frame is practically black from people touching it to open the door. Blinds in the bathroom barley close so other can see in. Never ever staying here again. Wouldn’t tell even my worst enemy to stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were greeted by an unidentified stench the moment we walked into our room. We are a family of 5 and booked to family suite that was advertised with a fully stocked kitchen… but that apparently doesn’t include pots, pans, silverware, plates, or cups (cupboards were completely bare). We asked the manager/​owner about cooking supplies, and was told that our needed to supply them ourselves (who travels with pots and pans?). The floors were filthy and were not vacuumed during our entire stay even (which we had tracked sand in from the beach), tiles were broken in the shower and the bathroom floor, hot and cold knobs were backwards, and the towel bar was broken. There is was constant strong urine smell in the bathroom. There is an OLD MOLDY COFFEE FILTER in the coffee pot (obviously had not been cleaned in months) and cockroach droppings in the coffee pot and cockroach traps under the kitchen sink. Only half of the outlets worked, and if they did whatever we plugged in just fell out. And good luck trying to figure out which switch controls which light. There were no fitted sheets on any of the beds! Just another sheet tucked in tight. The table was terribly sticky. And don’t expect any housekeeping, all they do is half ass make the beds. Like mentioned above, the manager/​owner knew there were 5 people in our party, but only provided 3 towels. The walls, doors, and baseboards were gross. To sum it all up, this guy has no pride in his establishment or a care for his customers. Would NEVER recommend this place!
