Mike’s Liquor No 2

This was one of the liquor store’s that did not accept my fake ID when I was underage, but I more than made up for it once I came of age ordering keg after keg swooping up bottles on runs from the bar (OMTI’s) omw home.
A healthy offering of creepy location (standalone, disheveled lot with strange vehicles seemingly parked there forever), plenty of bum fights, but close enough proximity to the OPD station that safety was relatively attainable.
Cheap prices, aside from the mainstream higher end stuff you ought to get at bevmo the staff here is also quite a bit less friendly than #1. This location also has this aura of unventilated odor. Condensation on most every fridge and a useless random selection of snacks. Poor selection of cigarettes and only recently got the good local stuff. A brown liquor paradise, malt liquor emporium where only the brown paper bag will do.
Considering the only other real liquor stores in the area might be Z-​Mart, at least they have a grocery.

this is without a doubt the best shop in town for your alcohol needs.
the prices are the lowest in town… there’s no comparison.

Pulling up to this place, it was like a scene from Jay and Silent Bob. A couple of guys were hanging out just outside the door. I was expecting to be asked for change but they just watched and kept quiet. Prices are reasonable here, I think I found my new liquor store!

Closed! Oh well.
