Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees & Smoothies

Hmmmmm It seems they went out of business. Just stopped by at 2:00pm on a Tuesday. Locked & dark.
Legal documents on the floor. Sad, because it was a great place to stop by before or after a movie.

Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees has a great selection of smoothies. My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry and Banana! Love their sandwiches as well. Friendly service and close to the beach.

Closed when their posted hours say they’d be open at 10am on a Saturday. We weren’t the only ones to walk up to find out they were closed, two other couples also found out the hard way. Fortunately for us there are many options nearby.

BEST SMOOTHIES IVE EVER HAD BUT I WENT THERE around 8:30pm and it says they’re open till 10:00pm and they were already closed when we got there and I was DEVASTATED.

I love Maui Wowi’s drinks, they’re great! But the owner of this particular location was so rude! I was trying to remember what drink I got last time and she replied with «wow I wish that was my biggest problem in life» I will go to other locations but never this again!

Not sure why all the hype. Tried the Wistful Waikiki smoothie and it was aight. Cut presentation. Sweet and refreshing but not amazing. Maybe the blended coffee drinks are better?

Customer service is so good that the coffee being exceptional is a plus!

I found this place a few months ago while walking around Oside. The coffee tastes fantastic and every time I’m by the beach in Oside I grab myself a nutty Hawaiian latte and a smoothie for my two sons.

This was the best coffee that I’ve had in a very long time. My husband husband hit a panini sandwich I got a plain beagle with cream cheese and it hit the spot !! Banana mocha may be my new favorite flavor of coffee ! I usually HATE any banana flavoring but this was seriously delicious! We will be back next weekend

Great coffee! My fiancé and I were down in Oceanside this morning so we ran across this coffee/​smoothie shop. It is great and they have very friendly employees. I ordered a Carmel macchiato and it was very tasty. If you are in Oceanside you should definitely stop by and grab a coffee or smoothie! I will definitely be back.

I’ve been here once and shame on me for not coming back because the smoothie I had was probably the best I ever had. I couldn’t believe how good the smoothie was because I usually think chain places just aren’t that good but I was so wrong. The location is great because it’s right by the beach in downtown Oceanside and next to a police sub station. This location is not huge but it’s clean, bright and stays open kind of late. I know its small but it would be nice if they had some comfy sofas so you could get closer to your partner. Overall this is a hit with nice employees, great smoothies and only about 50 yards to the beach.

It was a hot summer day, and I was in need of something cold and refreshing to keep me going on my exploration of Oceanside. Unilocal suggested this place, and I’m glad for it. The Wistful Waikiki smoothie was exactly what I asked for: a chill blend of strawberry and piña colada. To be honest, it tasted mostly like strawberry, but I ain’t complaining. The girls working there were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The Hawaiian-​themed décor was fun to look at. Also, the store was very clean.

I found this place because I needed to find a quiet place to work where I could also get a drink. The staff was super friendly. The place has wifi and plenty of outlets at their tables. My friend has a number of diet restrictions and the staff was very helpful in finding the perfect drink. I would definitely stop in here again if I am in the area.

The Hawaiian breeze is delicious! I love the atmosphere and friendliness of the people and also the fresh smell of coffee beans. Apparently it’s so good, they have a rewards card because they know you’ll be back for more. They also have outlets for you to charge your phone or computer, very tech friendly.

The quality of my beverages were amazingly satisfying. The service was kinda slow but I don’t on service. the girls who were there were extremely nice. I wish there was one closer to me! It’s a different take on coffee and I’m 100% pleased!!!

I love Maui Wowi! The smoothies are delicious, and it’s a cozy place to hang out. There are comfy sofas as well as tables. I love that you get a cute little umbrella in your drink, no matter what you order. If you get the largest size (Tiki), you get your drink in a keepsake tiki cup.
*** COOL TIP: And if you bring your tiki cup back, you can get a Tiki size smoothie for the price of the second largest size. Saves you money! And you can re-​use your tiki cup time and again.

Soo Good! I was there for a weekend and it was a very cold morning. I’m not usually a coffee drinker, but I tried the coconut caramel coffee and I loved it!

For coffee lovers: can’t get any better than a cup of Kona coffee. After one cup you feel spoiled if you try and get a cup of coffee anywhere else.
For Smoothies: the classic strawberry banana smoothie is delicious. But my favorite is a Black Raspberry. I always love the cappuccino honu (pictured).
Great place to study, relax & head down to the beach.

Two Words: Very Delicious
Just had a simple strawberry smoothie today. It was truly refreshing and tasted great. I was impressed with the fact they use only a small amount of beet sugar unlike the competition that adds a lot of sugar to their smoothies. The service was great and the staff was friendly.
I recommend you give this location a try. They have WiFi and outlets to charge your electronics while you enjoy your smoothie and food.
They recently added some new food items so if you need breakfast they have things like «super premium oatmeal», New Bagel Sandwiches which include Egg, Bacon & Cheese, or Egg & Cheese, Plain bagel and cream cheese, or with pb & J. They also have an Egg & Sun Dried Tomato Panini. If you just need a snack they have Pop Chips and a few other items as well.
The atmosphere is casual Hawaiian /​Tropical. It’s got a nice vibe. I’ll be back for their black lava beach smoothie next time. It’s made with Strawberry, Banana and Black Raspberry. I like this place. If you haven’t been here at this Oceanside location it’s worth checking out.
