For several years I used a large nationwide termite company and received the absolute worst customer service. I recently searched for a new termite treatment company and found Lights R Out. Humberto and his team from Lights R Out Termites did a through inspection and treatment, providing fantastic customer service. They are knowledgeable, prompt, honest and fair. Had a termite problem and Humberto came out and did a thorough inspection and explained to me step by step the few simple things he needed me to do and he took care of the rest. The Lights Out Crew go above and beyond! That always makes me happy! I had them tent my house — they were better priced than the «big guys» and telephone and personal interaction blew the other guys out of the water.
Some damage needed to be fixed/​replaced from those hungry termites and Humby and Danny took care of it all from start to finish.
Only one company worth calling — you will be happy you did.

We’ve used this company for more fumigation jobs than I can count. They are honest, reliable and great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone working on a real estate transaction. They go out of their way to meet the timeframes that are required and are quick to provide reports. We had tried several different companies before finding Lights Out. Once we found them, we stuck with them! They are the best!
