Her professionalism, knowledge base, and ability to communicate are all outstanding qualities, but I think the quality that sets Angela apart from other attorneys I’ve interacted with is her ability to empathize with her clients specific circumstance. My husband and I have known for years we needed to nail down our estate planning. When my father died in March, the shock and urgency of just how important an estate transition plan is became reality.
I found Kurt Weiser via Unilocal.His many raving online reviews caught my attention. So I decided to at least make an appointment and give this guy a chance. What have we got to lose… first consultation is free!

Kurt Weiser recently prepared our family trust. He is extremely knowledgeable and made a complex issue come together smoothly. Do NOT go to Kim Dawson at this firm! I had a bad impression of this firm already from first contact when the young assistant I spoke with over the phone seemed highly bored and robotic as she took my details. Unfortunately I stayed and paid a large retainer to Kim Dawson who was dishonest about what she was going to provide for those services. She told me over the phone that the retainer would most likely cover my proceedings, but they were very quickly eaten up by being charged through the nose for every single communication we had, and we didn’t even get to the heart of the matter. This attorney is not good at understanding the human/​social side behind the legal issues, and she insisted on adding unnecessary legal procedures to my case that were time-​consuming and above all retainer-​consuming.

Highly recommend Kurt Weiser. Knowledgeable, informative, personable and thorough. We happily referred another client who also is now utilizing his expertise. Having interviewed several prospective attorneys to handle our affairs and walking away from them, we were delighted to have put our affairs in the hands of Kurt.
