My husband and I had a very positive experience working with Sandra and Lindsay on our living trust and will. At the time we had a newborn and a toddler, so getting to the office was not easy. Sandra worked through a lot of the details with us online, making it very easy to get our living trust established. I went to the office for the initial consult and to sign the final documents and both times I left feeling like I was part of the family. This is exactly the type of experience we wanted to have when dealing with such important life matters.

This office treat each case like family! You can not pay someone to care but these attorneys go above and beyond their duty to help with each case. I would totally recommend Lindsay to anyone. Great professional office with fair fees. Sweetest practice, family run and operated.

Sandra and Lindsay Brennan was the worst attorney you could possibly imagine! I ended up worse off after using her than I was before I started! I don’t even know where to begin…
First I paid them for my divorce AND to help get full custody of my son as well as child support. NOBODY showed up to my sons DCSS hearing ! The paper was filled that I had an attorney that was suppose to represent me but they never came. Then claimed they were never suppose to represent me after THEY filed the papers saying they were my attorney. Then to top it off they filled out the paperwork wrong! So I had to come in and fill it out for them because they did only portions of it and didn’t even do the portions they did fill out correctly!
Moving onto my divorce…
My ex has been a real pain in the butt through this entire thing. That’s why I hired an attorney. Not realizing it would only make life more difficult. That was my first mistake when having them represent me. Then they once again neglected to file paperwork they were suppose to file months prior. As well as turning in his wage garnishment because he wasn’t being consistent with his payments. I found it very odd that they would lie about not turning in a wage garnishment until one month he cut my support substantially! He then decides to inform me that his attorney and mine have a «verbal agreement» and my support has been cut almost in half!
(That is against the law!!!)
I then call them and ask what was going on and they tell me nothing can be done about it. And they told me I need to go and apply for welfare as well as food stamps and any other government assistance that I can. My son is disabled so getting a job is not an easy task. They also tell me I should try and take my sons dad back to court for more child support… the same man they were suppose to go and represent me for when I had my DCSS court date and my support got lowered because I didn’t have an attorney!!!
They told me they were going to send me monthly statements of what was left of my retainer and I have yet to see anything.
To finish off do not be fooled with how sweet and innocent they come across. As soon as you try to call them out on how unethical their firm is a whole new side comes out and it’s not pretty! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

If I could give her more stars I would. Sandra took my case on with little time to spare, I was nervous and ready for the usual drama when dealing with my children’s father. Let’s just say that my experiences in family court have left me feeling disappointed and lacking in the «justice» department. Sandra took care of the legal aspect as well as kept me focused through the experience.
She was available and makes me feel like I am a valued client.
I highly recommend her.
