Dark chocolate caramels with corn nuts and chile? Sounds like a winner! Got it as a pre-father’s day gift and hubby loved it. Corn nuts and chocolate– who would have thunk it.
They also sell beautiful bars of 65% dark chocolate artfully covered with dried strawberries & pistachios or apricot, pistachios & chile. Didn’t buy the truffles but they sounded yummy and exotic.
Stumbled upon this chocolatier at a stand in the Little Italy Mercato so the address above may be their corporate/​mailing address.
