Fractured Prune

Pretty good place! Fresh donuts that are crisp, doughy and yummy! I suggest getting more than one because they are small and delicious. Only 4 stars because they are small and before you are just about to take another bite it’s gone. Would like a higher donut! But all in all great place.

Best doughnuts I have ever had. Highly recommend the OC Sand, Peanut butter cup, and the banana nut.
Doughnuts come out hot and soft.
Place is small with outdoor seating only.
The only reason I did not give five stars is because the line moves very slow and on weekends I don’t even bother.

I stopped in here with my partner to get a doughnut for her old man. The selection was vast and extremely quirky. It seemed like one of those places that shut down when sold out (though it wasn’t!), that’s how busy it was.
I’d recommend this place for anyone who likes doughnuts. Skip DD and give this place a shot if you’re in the area but be sure to get there early and order ahead!

You know a place is good when you are waiting in line for your donuts and every other person in line is wearing a shirt repping the establishment. A friend of mine discovered this place and I don’t know why I waited so long to give it a try! It probably has something to do with my stint at Ward’s Pastry summers when I was in high school!
I got a half dozen donuts (and six different flavors) and an egg and cheese on a bagel. There was not a flavor of donut I did not like, but I couldn’t really taste the cherry on the cherry chocolate. Simple Ocean Sand was my favorite, followed by daily special, chocolate chip cookie dough.
The breakfast sandwich was fine. The bagel was not toasted, to my chagrin. The egg looked like the kind you get on sandwiches at Dunkin Donuts, so I was pleasantly surprised when it tasted great.
All around, this was a great visit, and I’ll be back on my next visit to Ocean City!
