ME NO BE HAPPY!
They told us the wrong amount for our order; were rude and gave us melted milkshakes, terrable. The 9pm crew has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Carl’s Jr location, I won’t be returning around that hour any longer!

I used to be a regular at this location. Typically they are quick and consistent. I have had an experience on May 30th where I ordered 2 sausage biscuits for breakfast and all I received was two empty biscuits… no sausage. I was already over the bridge and was not about to turn around. I would say this is my fault for not checking my order before leaving. Still… poor showing on their part.

Got food to go to bring home to the family. Sometimes doing this bad because I will get home and find at least one item missing or wrong.
Thankfully, this place is on the J. O. B. Not only did they get it right BUT the burgers where pretty enough to be like the ones on TV! LOL! They did not look line someone stepped on them like at other burger places AND the staff was pleasant! Imagine that?

For a Carl’s Jr, this one is pretty good. I have never had a problem here, the staff is usually pretty friendly and prompt. Soda is always good, food has always been fresh and the place is clean.
Ever since they added the Green Burrito, I love them even more. The tacos are really good (better than Taco Bell), and pretty reasonable.
This one is MUCH better than the one in Pittsburg.
