History

Established in 2007.

I began my work in women’s health teaching healthy sex education, helping women get to know more about their own bodies. I have since worked as a birth doula, placenta encapsulation specialist and acupuncturist, supporting women and their families throughout the childbearing year.

I began birth work as a doula in 2008, and started encapsulating placentas in 2009 when I became pregnant with my son. I am certified with DONA, and trained with Heart and Hands midwifery course. I am a mentor and certified with Placenta Benefits, Ltd. In September, I will be a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Masters from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
