Founders Tiffany Shanel and Rene Caraballo are the dynamic duo behind the amazing company. Tiffany is a 2009 Academy Award Nominee for a Short Animation called «Let’s Pollute» where she was the Assistant Editor and Render Master.

This post is beyond over due!
Last year June 14th Tiffany, Rene & their lovely crew made one of the days of my life and my wife’s the most memorable! Tiffany arrived at my hotel suit and Rene to my wife’s mother’s. Both very professional, high spirited, fun loving and essentially rather than just vendors they became like FAMILY! I must say their photography and cinematography speaks volumes for itself!

I can first start by saying that you will not find any better company to cover your special event. This dynamic duo along with their assistant and pro editor Sean came to cover my nonprofit organization’s day of service entitled Revival: Bringing Back the Beauty Within. You can see the video here:
. As a women’s org, I was hesitant about allowing men to come and cover the day that was full of emotional makeovers and reflections that came with a lot of tears, accompanied with a lot of love. Rene was so professional, empathetic, and sensitive to the needs and requests of our staff and those we served. He is certainly considered a Sol Brother. And what can I say about Tiffany. She is a powerful force filled with compassion and true desire to serve the community through capturing powerful emotion and empowering women behind the lens. Not only was their presence refreshing and professional, but so was their delivery and the finished product. The turn around time for the high quality film was under 2 weeks after our event and has since served to be a wonderful promotional tool for our organization. I would never think twice about hiring TR Proz. They exude excellence and are the most wonderful people to not only work with, but to build with towards change in our community.

TR Proz is simply the best production company you can have for your events. I hired them 4 years ago for a major concert I was managing, and since then, they are the only company that I’ll rely on for ultimate production results.
They are very professional: they always call in before the event and ask all the necessary questions to get their team ready and equipped for the event date, come ahead of time of the event to insure the best set-​up of equipments. After the event, they always provided me with options on the footage edit in a timely manner, and are flexible with me choosing the ones that suit my final videos and photos. They are very creative and give me suggestions that helped get the best marketing materials.
Hire them for your next event, and they will be your preferred creative/​production company thereafter.

TR Pro is in a league of its own. The work here is high quality with fair pricing. They go above and beyond to understand, and capture the vision were looking for. TR Pro is highly recommended. I live over 50 miles from Oakland but the distance is not a factor when seeking high end and quality service.

I recently did a family photo shoot with Rene and Tiffany near Lake Merritt. It was wonderful to work with them– they are both really friendly, enthusiastic, and are great photographers. We spent a fun afternoon shooting in a dozen different spots (all near each other, along our walk around the neighborhood). I recently got the photos back and they came out great!
TR Proz also offered very good value: their price quote was lower than the quotes of the other photographers I contacted. This included lots of digital image files– probably the best one or two shots in each location in a couple poses, amounting to 41 images, with light digital editing (color correction, etc.) included. I also appreciated the fact that they offered a two-​hour shooting session. None of the other photographers’ quotes were for a session longer than an hour. You might think an hour is enough, but it takes longer than you might expect to walk between different locations, do a variety of poses, get the lighting right, etc. We would have been in a hurry, and we wouldn’t have been able to get so many nice shots, if we’d been trying to fit it all into an hour.
I was really happy with the experience, the price, and the final results. I’m glad to recommend TR Proz.

Can’t recommend TR Proz highly enough. I was fortunate to be filmed by them for a Blurb Books production which turned out well! It’s one of the highest viewed videos on the Blurb Books YouTube channel.
Tiffany and Rene arrive early and put in the time and attention to detail to make sure the final results are high quality. They are the friendliest folks you’ll meet and have a great sense of humor. One of my favorite memories in filming with them was when I cut into a shallot (we were making a cooking video) and it was rotten. They were incredibly patient and spent a lot of time cracking jokes about my rotten shallot.

Where to begin. I can honestly say that BOTH Tiffany and Rene are an Excellent pair of photographers! They have an amazing way of capturing memories. Great personalities they absolutely love what they do, it shows in their work. I am so glad I had them come to take our pictures at mothers day. They captured beautiful pictures of our big (4 generations) family with their loving personality and big smiles, it was hard to get a bad picture. Thank you guys for an amazing experience from beginning to end. Cant wait for our next event :)

Wow! I’m not really sure where to start here. TR Proz is amazing. They are amazing people and amazing photographers. I met Tiffany on my search for a photographer to take photos for my fashion blog. After talking to Tiffany a few times via phone and text message, we finally got a time and date set to take pictures.
When I arrived and met TR Proz, I was so happy we were working together. Tiffany was very opened with what I wanted on my blog. She took me to Merrit Lake in Oakland to take photos. The day we took photos was beautiful outside. There were several people walking around, probably hundreds. However, in the pictures you can’t see one person. That really amazed me.
During the photo shoot I had several outfit changes. Tiffany was patient and helped me out with my accessories and matching the perfect shoes. We spent about two hours taking pictures. She got some amazing shots. She was creative in her positioning of the pictures and certain angles. The shoot ended and she said that she’d get back to as soon as possible with proofs.
A few days later she sent me several pictures from the shoot. They were great! She did such a great job with the photos and the editing. My family and friends saw the pictures and they loved them.
I’m looking forward to working the TR Proz again. I’d highly recommend!

TRproz provided the most professional, quality, fun, photoshoot I could have imagined for my clothing line. It felt nothing like a day of work but the end result was professional photos that have in turn helped increase sales.
The turn around for the finished product was surprising to say the least and the team came up with creative ideas my company hadn’t even thought of for the photos. I will definitely use TRproz again.
