My husband bought me a phone here (nokia E71) and he received the best service from Kelly. She knows the phones and offered him a great deal without a contract.

By far one of the worst Verzion Authorized Dealerships in the whole bay area. They actually took a page from the book of the annoying car salesman. We had driven all the way from Union City to Oakland just to get that deal.
They pulled the rugs right out from under us. The dealer had made us sign a contract even without have all the phones we wanted and didn’t even tell us that they have to order it first.
We had thought we had gotten an awesome deal on some cell phones and then. The next day they have given a call and wanted like another 100 bucks for each phone.
Don’t ever waste your time coming here. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I can!
+ Pros: the Exit door.
+ Cons: Crap Service
