usually looks empty here. notice comcast(39.99) note on window. eventually contacted guy handling the comcast transactions. after many times, a technician came over and reinstall cables for comcast.(a new one). the old one doesn’t work. anymores(service call: $ 50) it’s been working without fail on one computer for over a week. 2nd computer didn’t function. not sure why… 3.5 stars…

Just this year I switched to this company and have gotten nothing but superb service… Thanks to Angus, whom helps just about anyone with anything… We purchased 2 Samsung III’s…before the 4’s came out… and after that, we had questions with our bill and had to add options, he helped with all… Now today I purchased the Iphone 5S Gold, for a friend and Dennis helped with preparing all the paperwork, took a little time as usual, but great service… then I see they have Comcast also, so we hooked up Cable for 2 addresses… The gates were almost closed but the glass door open, a little after 6, we went to 2 other places in Chinatown due to our time schedule, they both kicked us out… Well, I am glad I went to my original provider, forgot that Verizon had Iphones… can’t wait til Nov 1st to get it, my friend will love it… We didn’t get out til 730pm… everthing was closed and he still stayed to help, now that is what I call customer service… They don’t need to look up and look you in the eye in order to understand what you want… for the one or two people that work there, they really are multi tasks, trust me I know, cause they help with all kinds of requests…

Sorry. Bad service. It was empty. Just a guy behind the counter on the laptop or computer the whole time. Even when I was talking to him, trying to get information, he was still on the computer, playing with the keyboard, talking over to me. Too busy to help me? Why aren’t you listening to me? I’m a potential customer, dang it. I need assistance. In my mind, I’m either looking to buy an unlocked phone or add a new device onto my contract. First, I told the guy I lost my cell phone a week ago, filed a claim thru my insurance and got denied because I lost my cell phone due to negligent loss. What had actually happened, was that my phone was stolen in a public area. I kept telling the guy the insurance is a third party company called Mobile Device Protection. Not Asurion, etc. He kept telling me, if you have insurance, go to and file the claim before 3pm. I explained to him 2 – 3 times again… are you sure? Because my insurance company denied my claim. You think if I go to , I will get a replacement phone? He says, yes… with a deductible of $ 99. Okay…I went home and got online. Filed a claim and noticed that it says«Asurion.» I thought I told the guy I don’t have insurance through Asurion. After I submitted my information online, denied my claim because I do not have insurance through Asurion. No… duh. That’s what I told the guy. I gave up. Totally bad service. I do not have a home phone and do not want to make a trip to a Verizon store or go back to this place again. Went online to and used their chat feature. Wow, the chat feature was very helpful & useful. Instead of buying an unlocked phone, I was able to get a new device for free added onto my contract for an extra $ 10 added onto my monthly plan. While the phone that I lost is deactivated. If you guys decide to go here for service, please make sure they listen to you. If not, get out asap!

Very helpful sales person, excellent knowledge on cell phones.(compared to the other store in china town that they don’t know what are they doing). I did a 3 lines new activation and the deal is cheaper than any where I could possibly find. Recommended to anyone who is interested on Verizon service!~
