ZERO stars for this place! I placed an order at 6:45 PM on Sunday November 29th, a simple pizza! Not only is this place down the street from my house. It’s 9:42 and I still haven’t received anything almost 3 hours I have been waiting so I contact eat 24 because this is absolutely ridiculous and all the company ends up doing is canceling my entire order without telling me! What an unprofessional establishment not one call from the restaurant to tell me that they were busy or an apology! In the end I wait almost 3 hours for my order to find out that it was canceled… when I ask for a refund they offer me $ 2 off my order ?! What is that going to do they obviously do not care about there customers you can clearly see from the other Unilocal reviews! So I DO NOT ever recommend ordering here! Or even using the eat 24 app because it might take 24 hours for u to receive anything !

Heads-​up, they canceled my delivery order that I placed at 10:30pm. They close at 11pm, I’m not sure what the etiquette is on my part but it would be nice if they posted that on the ordering form or didn’t process orders after a certain time.

I made an order through eat24 and 80 minutes later the restaurant claimed they never received it despite accepting it in their system. They didn’t offer a discount or to rush the order through, saying I would have to wait another 60 minutes. Awful service.

This place is now permanently closed by the Alameda county food health department. I used to eat here all the time and never got sick. It makes me wonder what was going on that got them shut down. Anyways, it’s a little sad that they’re gone now. The pizza was pretty decent and really well priced.

This place is a joke. Ordered my food through GrubHub at 12:15pm, said it should be delivered no later than 1:25pm. Guess what time they showed up??? A little after 2pm.

I’ve only used this restaurant as a quick and easy option when I’m working and don’t feel like wasting much time on choosing somewhere to eat. The food is palatable at best, so its delivery speed was essentially its only redeeming quality.
I’m using the past tense because they now take over an hour for every delivery, despite being less than a mile away from my house. That has happened the past three times I’ve ordered, including lunch when they’re slow. I’m done — won’t be ordering anything from here ever again. I guess I’ll go back to greasy Chinese for my go-​to quick and easy option.

My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza. First it took over 2 hours to get to us, then when it did ½ of it was burnt.
When I called them the owner (who spoke perfect English at first) all of a sudden could not speak English well enough to communicate with me.
Already having given him my credit card he could not offer any solutions.
I think he could have offered to either bring another pizza and let us eat the ½ that was not burnt or credited back some amount to the card.

Pretty good for cheap delivery pizza! I ordered about 6pm on a Sunday. Unlike other Unilocalers, my food came in 45 – 50 mins (I also tipped $ 6 so that may have helped?).
Food: didn’t actually order a pizza. I ordered a laurel salad which was huge! It wasn’t too fancy, just romaine and spring mix with apples and nuts, but really good for the price! Then Hawaiian wings which were okay. A little salty and some were burnt-​ish. And the pesto bread which was just pesto on pizza crust but pretty good for the price.
If you’re looking for lower budget delivery pizza, this is your place. Way better than dominos or pizza love.

Ordered from Grub hub. I wish I hadn’t just wasted $ 28 on this crap. Ordered two medium pizzas with two toppings each. There was probably two drops of ricotta on my pizza. Also ordered the white chocolate raspberry cake and received strawberry cheesecake instead. Never ordering from here again.

We have been loyal customers since we moved to Oakland, we always order chicken wings and it is ALWAYS amazing EXCEPT tonight :(we called at 8 and no one answered so I decided to put in an online order, two hours later we did not hear back, so we decided to get in the car and drive by their to make sure all is ok! As soon as we drive up I got a call from the driver saying they are by the house!!! Long story short they did not CHARGE is for our order GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The wings are absolutely my favorite thing to eat here! I’ve tried all of them and my favorite in order: lemon pepper, spicy BBQ, garlic parm, Hawaiian. That’s it! With cumin ranch!
Even though they take a long while for delivery on the weekends, it’s totally worth the wait. If you know your know you’re going to be hungry, you should plan ahead and deliver way before dinner at least an hour or two.
They also have good customer service and I’ve eaten delivery from here multiple times.

1 star for size /​portion. We ordered the Lrg pizza & wings combo. Pepperoni pizza, and lemon pepper wings. Great portions and for only 18.99 + tax/​tip.
The pizza, as previously mentioned, was okay. Sauce tasted that of a can. Nothing spectacular!
Wings weren’t good, TOO oily!!! Bleh. Didn’t taste like lemon or pepper…
