A Shape Shifter is someone who has the ability to fully transform themselves. whether you want to lose weight, achieve a high level of fitness, restore your health by healing illness or injury, I can help you. The techniques I utilize are immediate and transformative.
I am a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer (NASM). My training techniques act as «medicine» strengthening, re-balancing the body and creating optimal fitness. My education allows me to be intricate and precise if a joint is painful or stuck, and when your body is ready, to challenge you with a vigorous workout to heighten your strength and fitness. I listen carefully to what my client’s goals are and create customized programs that get the results.
My work with transformation does not stop at the physical level. Whether it’s working with a chronic condition, body image, food issues, or quality of life, I have tools that spark the mind and spirit to create physical change.
History
Established in 2006.
Weight training is my first love in the fitness world. I have been training with weights for the past fifteen years. For many years I trained in the typical bodybuilding style. In the past five years I have been doing Pilates, along with weight training. Pilates combined with weights create a lean, strong fit body. Corework/Pilates is the foundation to build fitness. I offer my clients a repertoire of services depending on their goals and lifestyle. Pilates is excellent for flexibility, toning, strengthening the core and learning proper body mechanics. Pilates is the «thinking person’s» way to train. It is excellent for preventing injury or rehabilitating a current injury.

Pilates– which is state-of-the-art core exercises, balance work and postural changes that will keep you healthy for the rest of your life.
Cardio/Plyometrics– this is speed and agility training that gets the heart pumping and the lungs working, studies have shown that combining plyometrics with strength training increases power, improves sports performance and burns fat
Strength training– part of the workout is devoted to increasing strength which will in turn build lean body mass helping you to gain muscle and lose fat creating a more sculpted look and boosting your metabolism so you can maintain a healthy weight
