In 2001, after graduating from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Broadcast Electronic Communication Arts, Dylan Kelly started Mr Sparkle Window Washers with a truck and a bucket. The discipline he honed in the military, the management skills developed as a waiter and contractor, and his ability for creating and teaching efficient systems – a talent Dylan discovered through the martial arts – all came together in the window cleaning business. The response to his honest approach and positive work style was immediate. Today, the company’s high level of service and Dylan’s passion to see others excel as well continue to shape the business and drive Mr Sparkle forward and upward in the industry.
