Repairs: Quality repair work is not always easy to achieve, and it is critical that causes of the problems are accurately diagnosed and corrected. Otherwise, the repair will not last.
Improvements: Wise improvements require a sensitivity to the strengths and weaknesses of the existing structure and should be performed with care.
