History

Established in 2012.

LUX Premier Events & Concierge was conceived by partners, Ann Thai & Anna Salazar, after a combined 30 years in the hospitality industry from experiences in high-​end restaurants like Gary Danko to International hotel experience for the Starwood Hotel & Resorts.

We realized the high-​demand for luxury events in the East Bay was an untapped market and wanted to address this need. The LUX concept was dreamt up after our own horrible experiences with a wedding planner who fell short of her promises and left a wedding day in shambles. Our goal is to make sure that as long as we are on the job, no bride shall ever feel that way again!

Ann T.

Business Owner

With a gift for numbers and a knack for organization, Ann is the logistics half of the LUX team. After traveling the world using her bar industry and hospitality experience as a consultant to the Sheraton Hotels Asia/​Pacific, she came back to settle in the Bay Area & brought her international experiences with her. She used her talents to run some of the Bay Area’s most elite nightclubs and restaurants. Her experiences have groomed her eye for details and structure, further developing her connections at some of the most exclusive venues the region has to offer.

With Ann’s professional guidance, you will check off all your tasks and follow your planning timeline with ease. Her motto is «Where there is a will (& a big enough budget) there is a way!» Her management skills will make sure that your event is executed on-​time and on-​budget!
