Lemon Tree Organics, founded in 2012, is an Oakland, California based organic gourmet soup business started by Chef Patricia Lonergan.

Chef Patricia also caters and makes pies for special occasions!

Growing up in New England, her grandmother would happily be on the phone with friends and relatives discussing recipes and the various kinds of soup they’d be preparing for tomorrow’s meal. This fascinated Patricia to think that almost everyone her grandmother had talked to would be serving soup to their families!

Here in California you do not hear soup, soup, soup very often so Chef Patricia has decided to bring back this joyful event using local, ethnically diverse, organic, healthy ingredients.

Chef Patricia uses all organic ingredients and sources those ingredients from local organic farmers. She is pleased to package her organic gourmet soups in glass containers capped with BPA free lids.
