Barry did a very thorough and trustworthy job of inspecting a building I am in contract to buy. He showed up on time, handled the job very professionally, and took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions about the details of his inspection. Once the inspection was completed, he promptly sent me his full report, which was very clear and easy to understand, with plenty of details and recommendations for repairs. And the photos he included with his report really helped me understand what kinds of maintenance issues I am dealing with. Definitely going to use Barry’s services again in the future.

We are first time home buyer. We don’t have any experience working with inspectors before, but Barry is absolutely someone you can trust and want to work with. He examines every corner of the house carefully and puts down comments on his mini Pad (he even climbs on the roof and walks around to check roof condition, which usually not necessary for a condo/townhouse). And he is patient answering any questions we raised. Overall it is a pleasant experience working with Barry. We recommend anyone who is looking for home inspection to contact him for help.

Barry did an outstanding job inspecting a home my wife and I were considering buying. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything on his report. He even called me afterwards to make sure I understood everything and to see if he could be any more helpful.

Barry is the best! Prompt professional and thorough. Barry performed my first home inspection and took great care in explaining his findings to me. Because the seller hadn’t turned on the gas lines, he had to come back for a second inspection which I couldn’t be present for. Even though he could have just left his report with my realtor he took the time to call me and and make sure I understood everything. I wish I could buy more houses and have Barry inspect all of them!
