Established in 2012.

After teaching for the American Red Cross for the past 7 years, Jon realized that it was time to establish and work on a teaching philosphy he has believed in for many years — Laughing and Learning. Believing that every class can benefit from a bit of light hearted humor, Jon approaches every class prepared to teach and seize every opportunity to both learn and enjoy the class in a relaxed atmosphere.

In 2005 Jon volunteered to assist with the Katrina Disaster. After spending two weeks helping others, he came back with the realization that teaching computer classes was great but wouldn’t it be better and more rewarding to teach people how to save lives? Jon joined the Red Cross after that experience and broadened his experience by working as the Solano County Disaster Services Manager for the American Red Cross. With over 35 years in the health care industry, Jon has now decided to «take his show on the road». It has always been his philosphy that people learn best in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere with good music and the opportunity to laugh while you learn — ergo, Laugh AND Learn CPR.
