I represent buyers and sellers who are purchasing or selling residential and residential income property. I received my real estate license in 1994, and my general contractors license in 1994 also. My contracting background is very useful to my clients regardless if they are buyers or sellers. I research permit history files at the local building department to verify the the legality of additions, remodeling, repairs, etc. for both buyer and seller.
Sellers who list properties with me can expect to have immediate exposure to all of Better Homes and Gardens agents in the 7 bay area counties, as well as advertising on local media and with the local MLS systems.
I spend time on our local real estate broker tours to be familiar with what is coming on the market, at what price and configuration, to be better informed to advise my clients on the trend in the local real estate market, and to network with other agents in the search for buyers property.

History
Established in 1994.
I actually got my real estate license to facilitate marketing for my construction company which I also started in 1994. I practiced part time for a few years mostly concentrating on my construction company, and most real estate sales were for friends and acquaintenances. When there were signs the economy was beginning to fail I put most of my effort into real estate, and although I still operate a construction business, the majority of my time and concentration has been in building my real estate practice.
