Heads up. They charge $ 1.00 per package for tape. My packages just needed a simple strip of tape across the top to close them and I was informed that it was $ 1.00 per package «it’s there on the sign» the man at the counter kept saying. Thought it was lame.

I will never go to this place again! It is a complete rip-​off!
I had a 45 page document to scan and when I called to find out if they could do it, the lady told me it would cost $ 14.00, which I knew was over-​priced because I had the same doc scanned for $ 11.00 at Office Depot yesterday. But, bring in a rush I went ahead. Well not only did it take 40 minutes to scan, they charged me $ 40.00!!!
Total effing rip-​off! This place is the worst and will never get my business again!

I have rented mail-​boxes at lots of different places over the years. Every single one would regularly lose my mail, i’d regularly find other people’s mail in my box, they’d screw up forwarding, etc. This is the first place I’ve ever rented where they don’t screw up. In 10 years I’ve never had any problems. And the rate is (relatively) reasonable.

I went to buy stamps here this morning. I had forgotten them while at Safeway right next door. They tried to charge me 13.00 for 20 first class stamps worth 9.80! Are you kidding?! 3.20 service charge?!! What a total rip off!

These guys are around back and up the stairs. I’ve never had a problem there. They even called me back when my package came back undeliverable. They are convenient and friendly enough.

I rent a mailbox for my business here, and have expensive items shipped to this location so they are not left on the porch of my home office. I regularly go out of my way to ship items from this location.
Have you ever had trouble figuring out the best way to pack something safely and efficiently? This business is family owned and operated, and the owner/​operators are personable, professional, and extremely helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone!

I do love doing business here, the family owned business who knows me by name is quite nice. The only thing that makes me give it less stars is that they don’t open until 10 in the morning. As a small business owner I’m up and running pretty early, and need to fax, and ship pretty early in the day. The other shippers/​office supplies are just too far away to deal with too often.

I’ve had a box here for several years and have used almost all the services they offer at this point (copies, money orders, money wire transfer, etc.) They are just very nice people who are very helpful and do a really great job. I love having a place to have my packages delivered so I know they are safe. I do a lot of online shopping and I travel a lot as well so it’s nice not have have to worry about my stuff.

I take my Fed-​Ex package drop-​offs here at this location.
It is housed inside a mini shopping center up in the Redwood Heights district of the Oakland Hills.
It can difficult to find, and is housed in the back area.
They also have a notary service, which can be very convenient
Parking is free. The owner and her son are very nice people.
