Spoke to Rico and set a plan for him to call me in the afternoon so that we could meet… Never called me and kind of left me hanging.

Although he was very professional on the phone, Rico never followed up on the status of his process server request. He did do some efficient work and was able to change my court date and file it with the courthouse. However, I’m not certain where the papers were delivered to as he never followed up with me or even sent me an email.
Now I’m out my money and had to hire another process server that was able to serve the papers in less than 3 days. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this process server unless you’re absolutely certain of the business address and the papers would get delivered to the appropriate business address.

All I have to say is Professionalism and Efficiency is what you’ll get when you hire Rico. I am a military service member and hired Rico in California as I live in NY. I am going through a serious custody battle involving two young children and their safety. After explaining my situation to Rico he offered his recommendations and proceeded to execute a plan to find the father of my children. Rico is dedicated to every mission and shows a high level of empathy which really helped a mother such as myself recently back from a deployment to Afghanistan. Rico supported my mission, my own ideas on finding the father of my children, and my inner frustrations as a mother. I would recommend Rico for jobs which involve matters of the utmost importance!!! He’s definitely reliable and efficient! Worth more than he charges for sure!!!

I recently used APR process Servers and Rico assisted me. Not only did he take care of serving the documents promptly, but he communicated with me every step of the way. He even delivered the documents to my home thereby saving me extra money by taking the documents myself to get stamped at city hall. Also his rates was extremely reasonable. Rico was very professional in every interaction I had with him. I would highly recommend him as a process server.
