Called these folks a month of ahead of needing a Dish TV satellite removed during roof construction. I asked for a confirmation number for the appointment and was told not to worry. Appointment day came and surprise surprise, nobody came. Called them to inquire and was told they would call me back.

These guys are great, had them come out several months ago to install Dish on my RV
I called today for a tech question, but since it was for an RV… the guy that answered the phone didn’t know the answer but said he would have a tech guy call me.
Five minutes later the tech guy called me back !! (excited because now days most companies don’t answer or call back)
The tech guy helped me figure out my problem. So I am a happy customer :)

I recently signed up for Dish with golden gate satellite. The customer service was excellent! From explaining the different packages and helping me decide what I needed and even when they came to do the installation. Very professional and also affordable! I had a better experience working with them than with Comcast!
