I was looking for a new chiro and found this doctor via Unilocal.I phoned them to inquire about accepting new patients. The receptionist answers and I ask, «Is your office accepting new patients?» She hangs up. I’m confused, and not sure if it was a mistake. So, I give them a second chance and call back. Same woman answers and, from our exchange of words, it is clear to me that this office is not here to help patients with their pain. They are solely concerned about how they will be paid. My tip… get a new receptionist. She is the first impression of your office, and a terrible one from my experience.

i got into a car accident not too long ago(they hit me) and when i told my lawyer that i had surgery on my scoliosis before he referred to Dr Raymond Chan, he specialized in chiropractic. i had to admit i was nervous at first because i didn’t know what to expect because his office was in Chinatown. but i was pleasantly surprise. From my fist phone call to schedule an appointment, they were friendly, they told me to bring in all the paper work i had and is i had my insurance forms they will help me fill it out and even help fax it in for me. appointment day, i was surprise that they were so friendly, they checked ran small electric currents in my back, and rubbed some sort of icy hot cream on the areas where my pain was, when they we done i schedule another appointment and been going there so for since. Dr. Raymond Chan, is one of the nicest chiropracartic specialist i seen before. he knows his craft well, and he even gave me advise on what kind of car i should get next. I’ll recommend Dr Raymond Chan to anyone who has problems with their back
