Great customer service and good variety. This store serves the local police and fire agencies. Street parking is relatively easy to find within walking distance. It is a little hard to find. Look for the credit union; it’s next door to that.

I told one if the employees I would right a review a while ago. Sorry for the late post. The guy was super friendly and suggesting different type of EMT pants for me. I came close to closing and he never once tried to rush me out. As I checked out he gave me a free sweatshirt! I’m from Dublin and I would drive all the way to Oakland to buy my uniforms there. Customer service was excellent and they had everything I wanted. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of my pants he gave me the wrong size.

This place sucks. I placed an order on a special order item. The position I was going for was cut so I ended up not getting the promotion. I got one call weeks later to pick up the item, I put it off, I was told I am being promoted so I called this place, granted 12 months had gone by. The A**hole on the phone said it was probably thrown out and I am out the money because they have NO RECORD of it even though I have my bank statement. When I told him that I have a bank statement he said «well I don’t know if someone picked it up» I’ve been in law enforcement for 8 years now, and this A**hole basically accused me of trying to swindle him? Fortunately I work for an agency that sends him a lot of business, so bricker, when I see your ads posted in my agency, I will tear them down.

Terrible customer service and slow on the delivery of products. Expect to wait 4 – 6 months just to get what you ordered.

iIenjoy this store because it’s always got everything i need like all people sometimes the staff has their days! but overall the customer service is pretty good. I recently picked a new BDU suit and was in and out in tem minutes. It’s hard to stay in places like this for long periods of time besause you can spend all your money in a split second. you can never have enough gear and these guys have everything oh I also got a 5.11 Duty bag for dirt cheap.

Just purchased utility pants and a shirt for work. I received excellent customer service from Nick who helped me complete my purchase in 15 minutes flat! I was impressed with his knowledge and thrilled with the selection that the store had available on hand. As far as most uniform stores in the bay area go, this store has much more square footage for their stock and there are several dressing rooms available.

It took a bit of searching to actually find this place, but we eventually found it. It’s kind of tucked away right along side of the freeway. The store has been pretty quiet the few times I’ve been there, and I can usually find a good deal on something… but the clothing/​boots are a bit on the pricy side. Regardless, if I can find something, and it fits, I’ll usually take it. I’d rather give a place like this the business, ordering it online could potentially become a headache if it doesn’t fit or something goes wrong. At that point, it’s well worth the extra few bucks. The store is large, they have changing rooms and it’s well lit. The biggest part is, it’s CLEAN. They have a good selection of police gear, casual wear, uniforms of all sorts, and footwear. There’s a good amount of holsters and such as well. Overall, I’ve found the people behind the counter pretty helpful, and they will usually stop what they are doing behind the counter to help find something or check stock. I’ll be back if I ever need something!

This place is awful. It took 9 weeks to get a pair of pants from them (which I now realize I could’ve gotten for about $ 40 less on the internet and in a much shorter timeframe). The pants arrived with a waist that was much larger than I had ordered. They creep behind the counter said they could tailor it for me but I would have to pay extra. Terrible, terrible business. I hope it goes under.

Mostly just stuff for law enforcement, but their supply of boots and black clothing makes them also a useful place to visit for those of us that dress to depress.
Nice staff, but douchey clientele — aka the OPD. Despite being located in a wasteland, the meters outside are $ 0.25 per 10 minutes, and any cost savings I had on my boots were lost to the parking ticket I was given mere minutes after the meter ran out.

Great store for the tactical nut. They have an excellent selection of 511 clothing and gear along with lots of other fun stuff to check out. Oh and if you are in law enforcement they have just about everything you could need.
Good prices, good customer service too.
