These guys are great! True professionals. Very easy to work with and incredibly helpful! The sales guys are extremely knowledgable. Its really nice that is a family business as well. If you are looking to redo your floors, definitely take a look at Anderson!

The carpets are your standard quality carpets, nothing special. The price is reasonable, however if you are looking for good customer service then STAY AWAY from this place. The service rep was terrible. First he over charged me and then was no help in my getting a refund back. I had to call the accounting department multiple times to finally get a refund. Nobody ever called me back and I was made to feel like I annoyed them by calling. Since when is a customer supposed to hunt you down for a refund they’re entitled too? The second thing is they said the carpets would arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard from anyone so I started calling. Again, it took multiple times for someone to call me back and when they finally did deliver the carpet a large remnant is missing. I still don’t know where the rest of the carpet we bought is and as soon as I’m done typing this review I’m going to call for the THIRD TIME to find out where it is. i will never shop here again.

I went to Anderson’s to get an estimate for the installation of cheap linoleum in a tiny bathroom (4×7 feet). I was promised a call the same or next day but I finally had to call back. This happened a second time. When the estimator came out he wanted close to $ 1000 to install this. I recommend shopping elsewhere unless you want poor service and outrageous prices.
