All of the reviews are accurate. Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn’t check Unilocal prior to booking. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Whoever answered the phone was completely irate and screamed at me. Don’t even think about patronizing this business!

The worst service ever! They told me to wait outside the airport and they were late for about 35min, when I called them, they kept saying «1 min. We will be there in a minute». Besides that, their attitude was terrible over the phone! Don’t ever use them!

Total prick! Asked for quote, got one, said I’d call back, told me to not bother calling back bc I wanted to shop around. Someone run him out of business please!

Made the mistake of calling this pig before I read the reviews. Rude and obnoxious.

The person taking reservations was so laughably rude about my questions regarding child seats, the only redeeming part of the call was when he told me his name was «Happy.» Yes, I had to ask him how he spells that. And yes that’s how it’s spelled.
Anyway, I was told I was too picky and that he didn’t want to give me a ride to the airport. He told me to call someone else. So I did.
Sometimes businesses are so utterly bad that they actually become funny. I’m glad that at least I can laugh at Happy now and that his uncompromising commitment to unapologetic rudeness saved me from the experience of actually using their service.

LOL! The trail of 1 star reviews for this business say it all!
I called the 925 number to book my reservation to Oakland airport the other day, and this is what I have to say:
The owner or the person on the phone that was taking down the reservation was EXTREMELY rude, and unprofessional — was yelling like a drunkard on steroids (with this horrible broken English). One word for this human — Pathetic!
The price that he was quoting seemed competitive, but I was SO put off by the way he was talking (almost sounded like he would be very disrespectful to women, and perhaps is a wife beater, Yuck!).
Half-​way through trying to book my reservation, I decided to NOT use them, and told him I have another company that I wanted to call. You can imagine the clown’s reaction to that!
Anyway, I am so glad I moved on to Mandalay airport service after I hung up. I paid a higher fare (well worth it!), but at-​least did not give my business to an undeserving human.
Please put this company out of business, PRONTO!

anyway just called to try to get a ride to the OAK from SF tomorrow. They said $ 99, ok if that’s the flat rate and you get a bunch of people, maybe that’s ok. Shuttles usually are for separate groups, but anyway, I simply said «ok so this isn’t really a good option for 1 person, fair enough» They’re response «well most cabs will charge you twice that…»… me: ummmm so you’re telling me that a cab will charge me $ 198 for a one way ride to OAK…) more like 60, but thanks for trying. I proceeded to laugh, he almost tried to retort but thought wiser and hung up…

Oh lord. Why didn’t I read these before going these clowns??! Showed up 20 minutes late and stressed me out that we would miss our wedding flight. Fortunately airport was slow so we didn’t. Big fat zero to these losers.

Do you notice a trend here-​all 1 star reviews and I think they’d be zero stars or negative stars if that was an option. I should have read those reviews first myself, Now I am joining the one star-​this place sucks-​club.
With a group of 5, we needed a shuttle service with a van and couldn’t use a typical taxi, so their price sounded fair and they even called the evening before to confirm. But not only were they a no show for our 4AM pickup to catch an international flight out of SFO, they didn’t even answer the phone. At 4:15 we threw the luggage in our minvan and drove ourselves. We made the check-​in with literally two minutes before we would have been bumped. Before we took off, I finally had a call back from the dispatcher (over two hours later) who acted surprised and claimed he would make it up to us-​ha-​I would never use this firm again even for free, because their undependability is not worth it. We were able to get a relative to take BART over and get the van so we didn’t have to pay for two weeks of parking @ $ 12 a day, but that was a hassle to arrange as well.
AVOID!!!

The owner is nothing but a dollar making son of $%*%(.
We used A-​1 American shuttle to drop & pick us up from SFO. The drop off went fine, the driver was polite although his accent was a bit challenging to understand.
The pick up was terrible and to think it was the owner who picked us up from SFO. Our flight (international) was delayed for an hour and he said that he’d been waiting for an hours. (Not my big time problem kiddo, its your job to check for the updates for flight arrivals) And all the way from SFO to San Jose, he was yakking about how he waited etc.etc.and often time he was also on the phone arguing with a customers. The rate he gave us is $ 75/​way. I hand him a $ 100 bill and i asked him to give me $ 15 back (that’s a $ 10 tip) and he gave me a dirty look and said «after i waited for you guys that long, you should compensate me better than this». And i said «im giving you $ 10 tip, isnt that enough?» and he said «they why not just dont pay at all?» and he was handling me the money back. I was so disgusted that i told him «Then forget it, take everything» (looking back, i should have just took the money back, that bitch). And went on and on… that i have to shout on him «Take everything, END OF THE STORY!»

The owner of this business (Fred) is also the customer service/​dispatch for this company; he is rude and offensive and definitely has a problem with women. We unfortunately prepaid for our return transportation; otherwise, we would have taken a taxi home, he was so rude that he was mocking. He charges us an additional $ 35.00 for our return ride because our flight was delayed, even though we called him as soon as we knew the flight was delayed and as soon as we know what time the delayed flight would arrive. When I told him we would not be using his service again he laughed at me and hung up. I cannot describe in words how unvelievably offinse this individual is, I would not even be writing this about the «junk» fees, I am far more upset by the way he treated us and that we were forced to ride home wiht this company. On a positive note, the four times I have used this company the drivers were all polite and professonal, it unfortunate that they work for an idividual that does not value his customer.

Let me tell you a little story. A story filled with inappropriate shit. From beginning to end– inappropriate shit.
Now sweetheart, know this, I am a fan of oddball behavior. Most of my friends and half the booty I have ever had was cultivated from my unabashed inappropriate-​ness. The difference here is, money was exchanged for services.
All I wanted was a nice easy ride in the dead of morning from my downtown Oakland apartment to the San Francisco International Airport.
He calls me to say he’s outside. I look out my window and there he is, waiting. I get downstairs and he’s gone. I wait 5 minutes and call him. He says he is just around the corner and that he was «looking for someone», 10 minutes later he rolls up. I jump into the big rape van with numbers painted on the side and we say our hello’s. He then says,
«There was a girl walking by here and she was wearing nothing really, it was see through. I saw her big tits. That’s why it took me so long. I went to go look for her. I drove all around but couldn’t find her.»
«Yeah, there’s a lot of hookers around here.»
«Oh really, does the cops bother them?»
«Not really, they’re busy with more important shit.»
«Oh»
He had his GPS turned on. I don’t know if he forgot I could hear the snooty British lady voice of the GPS telling him which way to go but it was obvious he wasn’t listening to her or cared that I was.
It would say «turn right» and he would go left. It would say «go straight .8 miles» and he would flip a bitch and turn right. He was freaking me out at this point. His eyes were wet, either from lack of sleep or an excess of substances. After 15 minutes of driving around my neighborhood I began to tell him which way to go to get to the highway. He kept saying he already knew the way. On 11^th street, two women wearing a total of 5 inches of cloth, were walking.
«Do you think they are hookers?»
«Yup.»
“So if I wanted they would do things to me if I pay them and the cops won’t come?”
«Yup.»
He slows to a crawl in the middle of street. Right next to those dirty hoes. He opens my window. He leans so far across to get a better look at them I could feel the heat of his face near my cheek.
I tell him I’m running late.
This motherfucker was trolling for prostitutes with me in the car.
The rest of the ride was silent and uneventful. Except for the last mile when he started pounding on his dashboard. Boom. Boom. Boom. Out the blue and with no warning, he starts smashing his palm against the dash. In between each Boom he says, «Damn, Turtle!»
I don’t know and what the fuck.
