CH+Architects & Builders is a full-​service, architectural & construction services 20 + years of experience We started by doing interiors, residential renovations all primarily in Chicago Metro area. Today, we handle a variety of projects, from new construction to rehabilitation and additions. The firm’s expertise is in three specific areas: Residential, Interiors and General Commercial Sustainable Design including Project Management Construction Services.

In the Residential category, we have designed rehabs, additions and new construction for several hundred clients, primarily Chicago metropolitan areas. Our residential work has received local attention in awards such City of Palos Hills Home Beautification Committee Award. Top Design Firm ranked by total 2007 revenues, or Best of Chicago Metro Area 2011 Architects & Builders.

In the General Commercial area, we have been involved with a range of clients: Individual, Corporate, Medical, Not-​for-​Profits, Retail, etc.

History

Established in 1996.

We have been in Chicago area for all of our years, and the majority of the work has been constructed in the Greater Chicago metro areas. As such, the firm, its people, and their experiences are all very much rooted in the various neighborhoods and their communities.

Our approach to design grows out of a deep love and respect for community and our unwavering focus on the improvement of community. We have developed our own unique definition of the architect’s +contractor role in community: a leader at all levels, using design & construction excellence to improve quality of space and quality of life.

CH+ architects & contractor practice focuses on the making of home and community — creating places that sanctify the rituals of life. It demonstrates the continuum of community — from Individual to Family to Neighborhood to City.

Manager

I am licensed architect with engineering background with a diversified construction background that includes all aspect of building construction. All of these experiences have provided me with a unique insight into the construction industry including, LEED AP assoc. certified and NCARB board certification Washinghton DC

After years of experience on different markets, and different backgrounds I established the firm CH + architect & contractor. My design expertise extends to custom residential homes, additions, renovations, multifamily, commercial interiors, and commercial designs including General Contracting /​project management services.
