Overall a terrible pizza experience. The pubic headed manager would not change the television to the NFL playoff game even though we were one of only two tables in the restaurant. The pizza on the buffet was dried out and Luke warm at best. However, the kid with the ponytail took control of the restaurant even though he wasn’t the manager. I will not go back as long as pubic head is there!

Very clean and a large choice of pizzas to chose from. They had an excellent Cesar salad and the salad was above par. Spaghetti was great as well. Plenty of TVs and they are willing to change the channel if you ask. I’m an Iraq veteran and have the proper identification to prove. After doing so the price was $ 5.94. A great deal!!!

****THISRESTAURANTNEEDSTOBESHUTDOWNASAP!!!**** I have several photos showing a extremely dirty kitchen and food prep area! This place is not safe to eat at and I highly would recommend not to eat here!

This is without a doubt the shittiest pizza I have ever eaten. I don’t mean from a restaurant, I mean I have microwaved .99 cent dollar store pizzas that were meant to be cooked in the oven that were better. I don’t see any sauce, the cheese is indistinguishable from the crust, nothing was hot and I are in the damn restaurant. The food is not covered at all, not even the pasta. Everything involving cheese has that white glare to it that you see on pizzas you’ve left in the fridge too long. Don’t eat here.

This location has been remodeled and looks much better then it has in years. I don’t like that the staff is always out front smoking and runs in when you arrive, straight to the counter. Not the most appetizing atmosphere. There has to be a better area for breaks. The restaurant is very clean however and the staff is very friendly. I appreciate that.

I am not sure what has happened, remodel should make things better but this one is a flop. They may have new paint but the menu cuts will cost them our business. The salad bar has lost anything it had that was healthy. The pasta and pizza choices have been downsized and it is very disappointing.

Was completely ignored by the staff when I walked in — seemed to be 8 – 10 people just bullshitting together in the back. After 5 minutes, I left. Pretty weak really.

If you’re ordering delivery from this location, make sure you order a couple hours before you are ready to eat. The website quoted 35 minutes. Our pizza arrived at the 75 minute mark. The driver didn’t bother to say they were sorry. The pizza ended up being cold. We were delivered a 2 liter of Coke(by accident?) which ended up being the most enjoyable part of the meal. This isn’t the first bad experience with this location, but its guaranteed to be the last.

This location basically replaced the old Gattitown in Oak Hill. Moved a few doors down minus all the video games and carnival atmosphere. I hadn’t ventured by in some years because Gatti’s pizza just doesn’t do it for me. Call me a Double Dave’s man if your gonna go for something less fancy After shopping at the new Goodwill a couple of doors down, my friends wanted to go here. Nice, clean, and not much of a rush considering it was 11:30. First couple of bites of pizza had an overabundance of tomato sauce. The lettuce in the salad has so much water it basically killed off the dressing. Little Rooster did like his cheese sticks, broccoli(first ever bites), banana pudding, and macaroni and cheese. There is two standouts among a vast list of boring where Gatti’s really does shine. I personally was only aware of one until this visit. I love the BBQ chicken pizza in fact its my preference. Then I decided to sample the Buffalo chicken. Wow, tastes like hot wings with a crust! Not the greatest pizza in the world by any means; but worth the $ 7 price tag if your ready to pile it in.

I have limited places to go for lunch on those days when I am at work and I don’t brown bag it. Although this is a chain, I have to give them their due. The place is clean, the pizza selections are plentiful, the salad bar is fresh and includes items like spinach, and other fresh veggies you don’t normally find on a Mr. Gatti’s salad bar. If you are eating the buffet, when you place your order they ask if you have anything in particular you would like made. Then there is the huge picture windows that look out upon all the oak trees, pretty nice. It’s not fine dining, but when you are limited by time and location, this Mr. Gatti’s will do.
