I’m going to start with the food which was the highlight. All food served fast, fresh and accurate. I AM a picky eater and so getting it WRONG happens often. They got it right. What struck me off though, falls into four pieces: 1.) Please don’t call me Hon, Honey or Dear while taking my order. 2.) I’m absolutely sure the lady that took my order is sick. I don’t know what the protocol is to not have sick people waiting on people, taking cash, etc, but, well — there you go. 3.) If you must cough, please do cough into your sleeve, elbow, or shoulder. 3.) if you cough in to your hand, know that all of receipts, money, trays, bags, food, and the drink covers that you then touch while waiting for other people to arrive to order from your establishment, are now all contaminated with whatever you just coughed out also. Did I mention that the food was hot?

This is the Taco Bell I visit when I want to them to take too long to get my order wrong. Thanks for not putting meat in my cheesy rollup. Next time, don’t let any meat fall on the inside of the wrapper, either. And don’t tell me that there’s no meat on it. I’m a vegetarian who hates to cook: I know meat on my Taco Bell when I see it/smell it.

Taco Bell has ruined their food. The Catina bowl that was amazing is absolutely terrible. Taco Bell has changed all their recipes and added cheaper ingredients. We loved the newer healthier menu. No more Taco Bell for us.
