Jack In the Box

I have gone here for 2 yrs. and i have only had one incident that was bad. They messed up an order and it was cold but that only happened once. Usually, we just get tacos and soda. My tacos are always good and you can’t mess up soda. I have had the munchie meal with that jalepeno burger too, and that is a good burger. I don’t really need the fries and taco that comes with it but I have a teen so it all gets eaten.

i have always got my order right the first time. the food is always hot & fresh.

A very busy place that may need a little more training.
Granted, as I notice the queue at the drive through, this place is popular and bringing money into the business. The dining area was a little quiet but really don’t mind when I want to enjoy breakfast in the corner. In fact, I noticed two applicants patiently waiting in their booths.
Tip: When ordering a boxed drink, such as orange juice, have the cashier grab and put on the tray immediately. That’s what they do at McD, the Choice of Lions, and other places. Don’t have the customer ask four times.
A long wait we experienced. But that day, I had time to spare. No biggie. After a long wait, my order came up in a form of a tray on the stainless steel counter.
«Here’s your order, thank you.», said the employee. I look at my tray, and noticed I’m missing my coffee drink.
«I still need my drink.»
Without blinking an eye, she responded «We don’t have that this morning.»
Then came the long, awkward pause.
So, I thought, «I’m out of luck?», «Thank you, come again?», I should just smile and leave. What did she think I would do or say? I replied «But I already paid for it.» I would have taken and expected a refund. My receipt was clearly in front of her. However, she went to the manager and she asked if I was waiting for the drink, «Yes, and an orange juice.» (I would ask one more time for it.) The employee would soon exit the side door checking her phone and smoking a cigarette.
Between 5 and 10 minutes later I got my drink. Went back to my table and began eating my cold breakfast. The sandwich was good enough to order again from another JnB.
Another Tip: Rename the Breakfast Steak and Egg Burrito to Tator Tot Burrito with egg. It was mostly potato, some egg, and darn little meat that should not be called steak.
As we walked out, there was a corporate framed picture of Mr. Box. Jack was standing near a phone and asking a question paraphrased, «Can we do better?»
Yes, Jack. I think you can.
