First in the door. Excellent service from Asia! She helped me set up my new phone and had it all ready to use. Really friendly staff. I recommend this store to everyone!

I went to buy a screen protector for my phone(I did not purchase it at the store) and I went to this store to have someone put it on for me because I didn’t want to mess it up. I had the worst experience ever. As she was putting it on my phone, she rushed and left some glue marks on my screen that do not come off, she also continued to tell me that the product that I bought was cheap and that I shouldn’t go «dropping» it. It doesn’t seem so bad but she had the worst attitude and when I had asked her to put it on she seemed to roll her eyes. So not only was my $ 30 screen protector ruined, she also put me in a horrible mood.

I currently have AT&T as my cell phone carrier… but this might change in the near future(I’m getting fed up with all the dropped calls). Several of my friends were meeting at the strip mall where this Sprint store is located and as we were waiting for everyone to show up, we noticed a couple of the representatives were outside. They told us a cardinal had flown into their door and when we all looked down, we saw this poor bird crumpled up next to the entrance still breathing. One of the representatives immediately called the Fairview Heights vet clinic and had them drive out here to take care of the bird. In the meantime, we all walked inside and the Sprint employees grabbed a box, some padding and paper to create a temporary place for the cardinal to sit. I began asking questions about what they could offer me in terms of service and was quite amazed. If I terminated my contract with AT&T, they would give me either a free Galaxy III or I could pay $ 50 for the iPhone 5 with free accessories! All this on top of unlimited data. I know it sounds silly to be so swayed by both what they offer AND how they treated a cardinal with a broken leg, but I can’t help myself. If they treat their customers anything like they treated that bird, I’m sold.
