History

Established in 2003.

Certified by The Institute of Culinary Education in 2003, Chef Alexandra launched her catering business, Dish Catering, while still working her «day job» and raising two children. In 2009, Chef Alexandra opened Dish Café, which served classic American cuisine with French influences and catered events (2 – 250) in Rockland, Westchester & Bergen counties featuring any and all cuisines. Now, Chef Alexandra brings this experience to your table as Your Own Gourmet.
