Amanda from L’Orange –On– Hudson Personal Chef is amazing! For our casual dinner she made minestrone soup that was so creamy and subtle yet refined it was like nothing I’d ever tasted. The main course — mini croissant paninis with parmesan, baby spinach, prosciutto and ham — was simple but out of this world. To top it off we had a very light strawberries and cream with a twist that was just right and also good for you. And it was all so easy — Amanda comes to your home to cook and is so warm, fun and personal she just brightens up any room she enters. We love having her in our home.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal chef or in home meal preparation.
