History

Established in 2008.

I started Novato Adventure Boot Camp in 2008. I loved 1 on 1 personal training, but I wanted to help people on a larger scale. I decided that I would open up Novato Adventure Boot Camp. My first camp was in September of 2008 with four people signed up. I have built this business up from that to over 80 men and women who are excited to get or stay in shape. I have learned so much from everyone since that time and I look forward to continuing my mission to help as many people live an amazing, energized lifestyle.

Carlos P.

Business Owner

Carlos Payte, owner of Payte Fitness Consulting is a fitness professional with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and leader of fitness departments with some of the most reputable sports and healthcare facilities in Marin County, CA. In addition to his professional experience as a fitness trainer, he is a former athlete and baseball coach. All of this experience has contributed to his passion and deep understanding of what it takes to condition the body physically, mentally, and emotionally to reach optimal results for each individual client. His love of providing a safe and motivating experience for his clients to achieve their fitness, nutritional, and health goals has grown every year.

He has been the Fitness Director for both Meridian Sports Club Rolling Hills and Fitness Manager for the state of the art gym at the Marin JCC. Carlos is continually expanding his education in fitness, including earning certifications from NASM, IFPA, and NESTA.
