King Arthur Flour was founded in 1790 to provide high-quality flour to bakers in the fledgling United States. Since then we’ve grown from a flour company into the premier resource for home and professional bakers, offering ingredients, tools, recipes, and both on-site and traveling educational opportunities in pursuit of our mission:
