Took my corvette here with charging system problem. Rick and team took care of it and had my car working within 2 days. They double check their work and are very friendly. Might have found my new go to repair shop. A++

I found this place on Unilocal and I’m glad I did. I went there for a brake job for my SS Camaro. I knew it was going to be pricey, so I feel I didn’t get ripped off.
The customer service was excellent. When I picked up my car the next day, Rocky went over everything that was done and the warranty. The car was washed and looked better than when I dropped it off. There was even a little bottle of water in the car left for me. (Unopened, so I know the mechanic didn’t leave it as trash) Nice touch.
I will be going back to get an estimate on some custom electric work in the future.

So pretty much the name says it all from there quality in work. To the knowledge they have on the vehicles and the customer service I called in at 750 and surprisingly they answered spoke with rocky cool dude told him a quick explanation on what was going on with my Silverado. I too it in and dropped it off at about 830 am I received phone calls through out the day with updates on what’s going on with the truck and the codes it was reading due to my check engine light being on and causing my truck to go into reduce power mode. Rocky explained the codes and what they were gonna do now and what they were gonna test to see what the main source of the problem was. At about 430 I received a phone call with good news saying the truck was ready to be picked up. And even thought he was working the front desk it was very cool too see him under the hood when I pulled up to pick up my truck. Over all the price was very reasonable and the service was awesome my truck is running smooth now thanks to top line and there great team they definitely earned my business for any future problems my truck has

My front wheel bearing was in bad shape and needed to be fixed ASAP. I called around and stopped at no less that ten different places in the area. The quote I got from Top Line was one of two of the more reasonable quotes. I dropped off my truck in the morning, one of the employees took me to work, and the repair was done my the time I was ready to leave work. He used quality parts, I checked, and did an exceptional job at a reasonable price. What more can one ask for?

Man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was aware he was trying to have me get more fixed on my car that it needed. And I let him know I spoke with my Home Auto Shop but my car wasn’t able to make it there. He heard I was a woman and took advantage. After a while of me asking questions. He said «I think I’m actually just going to have to decline your request. Its not worth it for ⁴⁰⁄₅₀ $ bucks, thank you bye» and hung up. Hope your other employees are not as rude as you.

I brought my car in here a few weeks ago. I initially took it into the Chrysler shop (because it’s a Chrysler) and spent way too much money for them to not fix the issue I was having. They eventually told me that nothing was wrong and to have a good day…$ 400 later. Well, my car DID have something wrong (it kept turning off while driving! lol). Anyway, I was in a time crunch and HAD to have it fixed ASAP so I took it into Top Line Automotive. They had my car fixed before the deadline and even charged my AC for free. I definitely recommend these guys. They were nice, professional, and did everything (and more) that they said they would.

These guys are 100% official. They do awesome, quality work. Top notch service and honest (very hard to find these days). I brought my 08′ Honda Civic in to get shock/​struts and tire service and the work was excellent. 2 brand new rear tires shocks and struts. The price was also excellent and NO ONE could beat the price I was quoted. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks guys, great work! Much appreciated.

I brought my bmw 530i back on feb and they kept it gor 2weeks and they never fix it they only charge me like 600 $

My check engine light came on yesterday, and for my car that usually means bad news. I called in the morning to ask them if I could bring it in, and about an hour later they had diagnosed the problem and were on their way to fixing it. The staff was very friendly, and even gave me a ride home from the shop. They called me in the afternoon to let me know it was ready, and I headed back over and paid just under $ 200 for the repairs. The technician explained the issues/​repairs to me, and he walked me through what to do to maintain the vehicle and prevent the problem from happening again. Overall, this felt like a very well run shop with trustworthy people working there.

my car is out of battery, have AAA jumped my car and recommended me to replace my battery. I Unilocaled this place. It has 5 star reviews. So I decided to give it a try. The owner is very nice and trustworthy. he gave me a good deal, and change it really fast and reprogrammed my car. I would say this store is really good for students or anyone who doesn’t really know much about cars. You know u will get good service with fair price! I highly recommend it!

Took my car to get a diagnostic check for my «check engine» light that came on. Rick and Rocky made me feel very welcomed and explained every process thoroughly. They fixed my car and are very reasonable with their quotes. I believe I have found my new auto shop! Thanks fellas!!!

As a woman i feel every time i took my car into a shop to be fixed every mechanic looked at me and saw a sucker with an endless pocket book. Well no longer!!! I have been taking my cars here to Topline Auto Repair for the past few years; ever since Rick and his family took over this shop and I have to say when it comes to mechanics he’s the BEST. The shop is clean, the work they do is great, honest and they stand behind it. If it doesn’t need to be fixed then he will tell you. Their prices are reasonable. I even took my used car that I bought from carmax for them to look at and they did a great job telling me everything I was buying on that used car and what needed to be fixed. I went back to CarMax and they fixed it all no arguments. In a world of people trying to make a buck Rick is looking for loyal customers and that is just what I am. I live in Long Beach and won’t take my car anywhere else. It’s worth the drive even for an oil change. Give Topline a chance you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going here for several years now. Rick, the manager, is simply wonderful to do business with. They do expert work, and guarantee it. They aren’t the cheapest shop in town nor the fastest and I don’t care. As far as I’m concerned, I trust my car to these guys hands down. Highly recommended.

My car has been serviced by the dealer since it was born in 2003 because I thought that is what I was supposed do. Then the dealer started treating me like a step child. Finding a new mechanic is like finding a new doctor or hairdresser… Uggggh! But then I found Rick and Rocky at Top Line. They were up front about the repairs and the cost and took good care of my baby and got her well again. I highly recommend Top Line. You will be treated like family.

I am very satisfied with my visit. I had a brake job and a loose caliper and they really helped me out. The price was good. My favorite part was driving off the lot and NOT hearing my brakes or weird grinding noises coming from the brakes. I’ll be coming back soon. Thank you!

So my wife goes to a «tire store» who tells her that the brakes on her car are too low to be safe and try and pressure her into paying $ 1400 for repairs she didn’t need. Three days later my brakes are making noise and I know I damaged at least one rotor…
