I can’t even say how thankful I am to have driven to Norwalk Toyota and find my perfect car! First off, Ricky took care of me so quickly and was so nice to answer all my questions. It was my very first time purchasing a brand new car and he was very knowledgable in what I needed and wanted. He also knew what type of budget I was working with. I can honestly say car buying has never been so easy considering the fact also that I was I. And out in within 2 hours or so. Fast service you can’t beat that. If your looking to buy a brand new car ask for Ricky he’s a sweet guy and is very knowledgable and knows his stuff on cars. I’m so happy with my New Toyota RAV4. They were also l very honest when I was traded in my old subura which was a 02 and gave me a honest price considering how beat up it was. I purchased a new 2016 Toyota Tacoma a few days ago and it was a great experience working with Internet Sales Manager Greg Osborne. He was able to get me a great deal and was extremely honest during the purchase process. Brought our Camry to this place at 8 AM because the Check Engine light was on and a major maintenance was also needed. When we arrived, the service counselor told us that the checking and the major maintenance would take about 4 to 5 hours in total, so we went home, waiting for their call.
Around 10 AM, I received their call telling us the reason the Check Engine light was on and what were needed to be fixed. I asked the counselor to text me the details of what she just mentioned. She said she would do it right away, but I didn’t get the text from her for another 30 minutes. So I called her, and this time I got the info via text message. I, then, call her back again and told her that they could start working on my Camry to have those parts fixed and also performed the major maintenance. This counselor was polite and she said she would call me right away when the work is done.
Around 4 PM, I got the call and text from them saying that the fixing and maintenance on my Camry was done and I could go pick up my car. I, then, texted her that I will be there at around 6 PM.
At 5:55 PM, my wife and I arrived at their service office to pick up the car, and our car was parked just outside of the service office. The first counselor that served us in the morning was already off-​work at 5 PM, so we were told to go to cashier to pay for the works done. Total amount was around $ 640.00, not much differed from what the first counselor has told us when she called us at 10 AM. However, the items listed on the invoice were confusing and were different from what the first counselor had told us. And when we showed the coupons to the cashier, the cashier, after verified with the other counselor, said that the discounts shown on the coupons have already been applied to our bill. So we just paid the bill. Now the FUN PART BEGINS…
After the bill was paid, we asked for our car key. Cashier and the other counselor said that it was already in the car. When we walked to the car we found out that the car doors were NOT locked and the key with the remote was NOT in the car. We told them that the key and the remote were not there, then they started to look inside and around our car to see where the key and remote were. After that, all the desks, drawers, under the counters, … have been looked and still not found. Now the repair technician joined and searched for our key and remote! They even searched the trash barrel, taking every trash out and checking every piece of trash to see whether our key was in there! (At that moment, I really didn’t know whether I would take the key and remote from them even if they did find the key there because the trash barrel was full of disgusting filthy trash!) And they even asked us whether we have already taken it, thinking that we were playing tricks with them! (They misplaced our car key and still dared to ask whether we have already taken it!) So we just stood there waiting, trying hard not to lose our temper, and wondering where our car key would be, hoping that our key and remote were not stolen!
After 40 minutes of waiting and had no luck, I went to cashier and told her that we were tired of stood there waiting, so we would go to the waiting room. This was when my wife and I received the first «Sorry» from them (after 40 minutes)! I think they finally realized that we were badly treated. After 10 more minutes of waiting, the repair technician finally came to us with our car key, saying that it was misplaced with one of their technicians’ car key, because our Camry has the same color, same model-​year, same looking, even the similar dent on the truck cover with that technician’s Camry. So that technician just took our car key and put it in his pocket, thinking that the key is for his Camry!
So we left the Norwalk Toyota at 6:55 PM, exactly 1 hour after we arrived at their place for picking up the car. And it took almost a whole day to get this car’s fixing and maintenance done. I am still trying to hold my temper and trying to play fair when I compose this review, that’s why I give them 2 stars. The good attitude and the politeness of the first counselor is the other reason this review is not a 1-​star one!

Great experience from start to finish. We were in the market for another car after putting 3k into my husband’s old truck and still not getting it to run. We did our homework and decided a Prius would be a good option for us. We went to another dealer a few nights ago and it was a very high pressure, stressful experience. I was feeling a little overwhelmed so we left and I did more research when I got home. I came across
and the price listed was about 1000 dollars less than what we were quoted at the other dealer. We went in today and it was the easiest, least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. The price was as stated. There was absolutely no bait and switch. We got the financing terms we wanted, the car we wanted at the price we wanted. They washed and detailed the car and filled up the tank and gave us a full run down of the car’s technology. Really, really great experience. When we are in the market for another Toyota, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Quite possibly the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought previous Toyota’s from Carson Toyota but my go-​to guy no longer worked there so when it came time to buying a new truck, I had to shop around. After talking with about 6 different dealerships in the South Bay Area, I was contacted by Greg Osborne, the Internet Sales Manager. He called me and gave me the most honest price without BS’ing me about set APR rates and silly dealer markups. Upon arriving, I was greeted so nicely by the staff and directed to Greg. Once I met Greg and talked to him about what I was looking for, I knew I was in great hands. He was very accommodating and genuinely seemed to care about getting me out of there with what I wanted. Took us awhile to get going at first but once we were able to locate the truck that I wanted, it was almost instant that I was going to leave that same day with the truck. After discussing numbers and all that jazz, we were able to agree on a price and rate and was sent to one of the finance guys, Tim Ryan. Tim was also a very pleasant and genuine person. He explained everything very clearly and made sure there was nothing hidden from my wife and I when we were signing all the documents. Once everything was all set, Greg got the truck all cleaned and ran me through the basics of the truck before I left. We said our goodbyes, posed for a picture, and I was ready to leave in my new 2016 Toyota Tacoma.
It has been a week and I’ve received follow up emails from the Internet Director Assistant, Amanda. She was very nice and quick to respond to emails and questions that I had in regards to the truck.
If you’re looking to buy a Toyota or any car, I highly recommend Norwalk Toyota and the aforementioned people. I will be a returning customer in the future when the time comes simply because it felt like family.

Came in looking to buy an FRS and trade in my 2014 Camry lease. Ken at the sales desk made it super easy but the payment was just a little out of my budget. Since he had already ran my credit they asked if I wanted to try for the new body style Camry 2015. I really wanted red one and they said they would get
It for me but after test driving a black on black I was sold. So beautiful. Norwalk Toyota made it so easy AND KEPT MY PAYMENTS THE SAME! Thank you to Frank Pestano the general manager for that! Have been to many Toyota stores and I have to admit Norwalk has me for life.

Good service, honest and trustworthy dealer. I took my car in for service and Eric was great help explained everything to me about my service. And in the parts department Mario was a great help also, very knowledgable about parts and understanding when you don’t know anything. I will always take my car there.

So first and foremost, my first review was removed by Unilocal because Norwalk Toyota reported me to them and thought it was not a fair representation of their business and that I offered other links to other car buying companies as other options to this business.
Well, I’m going to try again. I want you the consumer, to be able to make an informed decision whether or not you should come here when there are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with the utmost respect and as a human being. Please go ahead and read the previous comments before mine and see if I’m wrong. If you feel that I am wrong or the others before me, give it a shot and hopefully they will treat you differently.
I mentioned in my previous review (before it was deleted) that I called in to see if they were willing to be competitive on the quote I received from them as other dealerships were able to come up with a better one. I called in to speak with a gentleman who was (for a lack of a better word) not the best in speaking on the phone. There was a sense of entitlement in the voice and it wasn’t much appreciated. A bit condescending if you will.
Never in the whole conversation did I ask them that they had to or were required to match the price, but if they could’ve done something better. To work with me, the customer. They should have respectfully said something in the line of «Sorry sir, but this is the best and final price that we could have offered.» I would have been totally fine with it. They could’ve quoted for a car that they had in stock. Did they? No. They didn’t even offer options. A good business would’ve tried to offer something else to see what they could have done for the customer. To be competitive. Maybe a previous model that they had in stock? Maybe special financing offers for other potential cars. They didn’t even try. It did not feel that I had value as a potential customer and felt judged over the phone and over the private messages the employees have sent from this dealership.
So overall, if you feel that I have misrepresented this dealership or the others before me, give them a shot. I wish you much luck in your car-​buying experience.

We were in the market for a 2016 Prius, and this dealership was the only one to come down from sticker price to invoice price. We went through TrueCar buying service with this and several other Toyota dealerships. The 2016 models are few and far between right now, so we were impressed with the lower offer Norwalk Toyota made over the phone. Richard Ingrassia was our sales representative, who handled the transaction so that we could leave with the car that same day. Richard was courteous, patient, and thorough in his explanation of the car’s features and performance. The whole process could not have gone smoother!

This is one of the best car buying experience ever. Test drive. No haggling. No pushy sale pitch. It took 2 hours and I am done with all the transactions. The wonderful and absolutely best sale person ever. Ask for no other than Richard Ingrassia. Richard is conscientious, polite, patient, and a true professional. He is available whenever you have questions. And, there is no doubts I will be referring all my friends and families whenever they need a car, SUV or minivan to see Richard. Richard, you are the best!

I was lucky enough to buy the only Lexus CT200h on the lot. The car is beautiful and I could not be happier. I did my homework, I was already financed, and had a True Car approved price – so there was little negotiating. The dealership did work with me and I walked out the door not going over my budget.

0 stars if possible. I totally should have listened to all the reviews. After being there for more than 4 hours and had already came to a agreement with our sales man. Hugo Gonzalez had already agreed as well, let me tell you he has such a nasty attitude, disrespectful, he should never disagree or contradict a customer. He should remember a customer is always right!
I guess he sure takes his title a little too serious. Sad instead of being honest, humble, and very respectful to future clients of Toyota. Coming from a Nissan to Toyota was sure going to be a change and we were happy to do so. But with a man like this? Makes me wonder if we should really change.
Overall Norwalk Toyota you need to get rid of this man with a man like Hugo Gonzalez who argues with his future customers a a big «No, No»! I have several witnesses that could not believe it how he was arguing with a future customer. That is why we got up and left! Never again, and will never recommend any friends, and family here. I have also contacted Toyota Corp, I hope they address this issue seriously.

Went in here and Mr. Juan Calderon is what he called himself assisted my parents and I. He somewhat guided us walking three to four meters away to show us the car we were looking for, not to mention the wrong car.
The car was approx. 5,000 bucks over MSRP, when questioned why, he couldn’t answer with a straight answer. They had the color and model we wanted, but according to Mr. Calderon we would have to agree on their price before they would pick up from their 2 miles away parking lot to see it. We insisted we would like to see it first but he refused and brought us a brochure instead. Afterwards, he simply suggested we go somewhere else.
DON’T GO HERE! Simple.

If you need a Toyota, do your homework then head to Norwalk and find Rick Burgess. I can’t believe I still remember this dude’s name. Great guy.
I went in about 4 months ago (August) locked and loaded to get a PiPrius and was going to meet with their Internet rep but she wasn’t in yet that day so I got Rick instead. Told him straight up here’s the vin of the car that i want from you guys, here’s the price I want to pay with the discounts… He was cool with it. He still tried to sell me on some things but he didn’t push too hard.
I had an agreement with their Internet sales rep to put in $ 10k downpayment on a credit card (because I want to earn 10,000 points off my card) but Rick couldn’t make that happen as they have a «$ 3K hard limit on credit card transactions.» I was pretty bummed. HOWEVER, he made it right by giving me more discount on the price, more than enough to compensate for the points I wouldn’t earn by using hard cash. Fine by me!
What I liked more was the post-​buying experience with Rick. I needed my plates ASAP because I had to apply for the HOV Green decals for the car, which is running low in quantity with each day/​week that pass. Rick gave his word that he will call his person in the DMV to get the plates as soon as he can and he will call me right away. He made good on that promise! He texted me the picture of the plates as soon as he got it, only a few days after I got the car. I appreciated such follow-​up.
So yup, two words for ya: Rick Burgess. But do your dang homework on the car too!

DON’T COME! Would give 0 stars if I could. SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE. Seems ironic since you’re a car dealership and the salesperson should be respectful to their guests. Even the manager needs to go back and relearn his manners from his parents. Hello what happened to customer service?
Unless you’re filthy rich, they will treat you like scum here. They kept making inappropriate jokes and would not even answer our questions. They tried to hide documents from us in order to fool us. They don’t care about you– they just want to get paid. they even said it themselves.
All in all, I left feeling super disrespected and extremely heated. Never coming here again. So many better respectful, polite dealerships out there worth your time and your money. Also telling others to don’t even step on this seemingly trashy place.

I am a bigger fan of the service center than the actual dealership. Before I bought my car I would go with my cousin, who works for TABC, and he would give me the scoop on all the cars. More than a few times the salesman were really rude to us. My cousin asked to test drive one of the newer cars and the guy kinda laughed and said the car costs way too much. To which my cousin showed him his TABC badge, told him gtfo, and asked to talk to someone else.
But the service center is nothing like the Sales side. They are very nice, welcoming, and answer all questions that you may have. So I guess don’t come for the Sales, but come for the Service center?

They have always provided nice, friendly, and courteous service. Purchasing the car was a breeze. The location is convenient and clean. Very well kept. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because it takes 2 – 3 hours to have the car serviced every time which is a drag!!! If they could speed up their service times this place would be ideal.
PS don’t expect the free car wash anymore. I’m not mad about it, but just a heads up they are participating in the SoCal water conservation efforts.

Bought my first new car today, and have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life due mostly in part to Fleet Manager Kevin Tompkins. He took care of me from beginning to end, and made sure that the entire process was as pain-​free as possible.
Even though the color of the car I wanted wasn’t on the lot, he got my dream car transferred from another location — and it all happened in less than an hour. Financing — no problem (Tim was a wizard with the paperwork). Moments later, my car had a full tank of gas, was newly washed; and as Kevin handed me the keys, I could have sworn I heard angels singing.
Thank you, Kevin, for the numerous laughs and for making me feel like royalty. You’ve now got a lifelong customer, and better believe I’ll be singing your praises forevermore.
