Established in 2012.

With an extensive background in residential /​commercial remodel and new construction, I begin to notice there was gap between contractors looking for the larger jobs and home /​business owners looking for reliable help to maintain their properties. Quality Property Services was created to bridge this gap. We offer same day and emergency service. No to job is to small or to odd in nature.

Used Unilocal to contact a few handymen for a small job. My wife and I have a 1 year old and wanted to remove the shower doors to make bath time easier. Jon was first to respond and was pretty quick in responding to my inquire and follow up conversation. He came out on the day and time I requested and did a great job. Took down the shower doors, cleaned up, hauled away the shower doors, and put up a new curtain rod. He was fast and efficient.

Jon is one of the best contractors I have worked with. He has always been very responsive and got the work done quickly and professionally. We needed to do some remodeling to get our office/​warehouse approved to food storage/​warehouse. Even when problems came up, where the existing drain pipe was too high for the mop sink, he was willing to brain storm together to come up ideas with the best solution possible. His price was reasonable and the work was done well. We are very happy with the work that he has done and would definitely use him again. I highly recommend using him.

We needed someone to cut our granite countertop to fit a new drop-​in stove. I was in a hurry since I didn’t have a working stove. I wanted someone that had excellent reviews from previous customers and was within the nearby area. Jon fit the bill so I gave him a call. He quoted me a reasonable price and he was able to come out the next day. He and his son did such a great job that we asked him to install the stove too. He also does kitchen remodeling. We’ll definitely be giving Jon a call when we’re ready to do our kitchen.

Jon offers a great service with fair prices. He arrived on time and with a truck full of tools which I have found is something pretty rare, these other «handyman» I have used show up with very few tools not him he shows up with all the tools he will need for the job on his truck. Jon also can pretty much do it all, I work in real estate and have came across a lot of handyman and Jon has been the best he called me back within a hour and it seems like he knows how to run a business. I called because we had piping issues while trying to install a new washing machine. I called Jon on a Friday & after I sent him a few photos he knew exactly how to fix it on Saturday. Upon arrival he was very clear what he needed from us & finished quickly & efficiently. Unlike many other handy men we’ve used John was extremely personable & friendly. Jon installed a mail slot into the stucco of our garage wall. He did a great job completing this small project within a few days of our first contact. Soon after we had his crew come back to install a Walk Thru door in the side wall of our garage. Both jobs were done beautifully. We will definitely be having Jon do more work on our home.

Workers were clean and professional and they did a very good job. It was easy to work with them because they are professionals. Jonathan explained me every step of my remodeling project and helped me to optimize it and save some money.
