Mobile Mechanics Team

Beware of this company! They will take your money without giving proper service, they may also steal parts from you and never come back.
Customer service is non existent, and good luck talking to someone, it takes at least 5 minutes on hold and usually ends up hanging up before you can even leave a message, not that they would call back anyway. I’ve left many messages and no response.
I literally have to make a police report about them because they stole parts from my car and won’t come back. I will be reporting them to the BBB also since they are dishonest, or just incompetent, but probably both. Do not pay until work is done!
If I could give a 0 star I would.

I called in around 12 noon and they tell me the mechanic will be here between 3 – 4. I call back and ask for an earlier time and they tell me 2pm because the at the current job all he has to do is replace the starter. I wait til 2pm and figure maybe there’s some trouble at the call before me so I wait til 4pm and still no one shows up or calls. I then decide to call in and they tell me the mechanic can’t get the car started and he should be here within the hour. At 5:50pm the mechanic calls me and tells me he is just finishing up and he will get to me within the hour. It is now 9:23pm and no one has shown up or called. I call in and they tell me they been doing emergency calls all day and it takes priority over me but now he finally has time if I still want him to come over. I was so furious I hung up the phone to prevent me from giving her my 2 cents. So if they are so busy and they have an operator/​dispatch in that case I expect a call so I don’t just sit around wishing and they aren’t going to show up. Very unprofessional, they think only their time is valuable? I have stuff to do too! All they had to do was call and they didn’t even call. I wasted my whole day waiting for these guys and they can’t even call to let me know what is going on. My time is just as valuable as yours.
GO AHEAD AND GIVE THEM A CALL! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COUPLE DAYS OFF TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP THOUGH. NO GOOD BUSINESS!

I am really satisfied with the work done on my car by Eddie. He was really knowledgable and worked efficiently. I am glad I got a call back from this company because I feel like they do honest and good work. I will absolutely be calling back for all future work on my car AND referring them to my friends.
