Very poor customer service upon walking in I got a half-​hearted greeting followed by no service at all until I had to ask if they could help me find a certain jacket even though I walked around the entire store obviously looking like I needed help but did not get any offering for help then finally after asking for help about 10 minutes later after they see me still standing around they ask me is there anything else we can help you with but the entire time they’re laughing all talking amongst themselves acting like teenage girls meanwhile I’m looking for something and waiting on them to help me so very poor customer service one star if I can give them a negative stars I would… they need to get it together

People knock this place but I’ve found some really cute things in here. I’m not skinny, nor have I ever been. You can find something to go out to a club in, or nice dresses to wear at work. They have good sales on already reasonable prices, and shoes to match. Yes, they carry regular sizes too.

This used to be my favorite store but after today NOT ANYMORE they got rid of most of the plus size clothes, will definitely not be coming here anymore don’t waste your time if that’s what you come here to look for all they have now is a corner amount of clothes as is I believe they should change the name since it’s not a fashion plus anymore so disappointed and their prices went up too

Possibly the worst customer service i have ever experienced in a clothing store. Not even as a customer, but just being rude in general to a person. I bought a dress from this store last week and specifically asked the cashier what their return policy was. SPECIFICALLY. Never did she once mention to me that dresses are final sale, which she precisely knew that i was buying. Only stated, you have 7 days and exchange only. I agreed. Therefore, i went in today with my receipt and purchased dress and politely asked for an exchange. The cashier immediately told me «you can’t exchange this all dresses are final sale.» You can understand my frustration since i was mot told that after ASKING during my purchase. I tried to explain, to her that i was misinformed. Which she reacted rudely to. Then an old women who worked there and was listening on. Literally yelled at me while i tried to explain. YELLED AT ME. You have to be fucking kidding me. Do not shop here.
