Starbucks

It’s 7:17pm and it’s pretty packed. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it tasted very bitter. I wasn’t happy so I asked if they can fix it. I was expecting to wait awhile because of the long drive thru line orders and the fact that it very busy inside. Nope, a nice guy named JD helped me and his customer service was genuine, friendly and attentive. Thank you for taking the time to care for your customers! :)

The women in this Starbucks are super rude unless you are a guy, (with the exception of on girl, the little asian girl, shes the best) the guys are great and always friendly & polite to all customers. My drinks are always perfect except when the other women make it no love at all.

I have been here 4 times now. Every Time they get my order wrong. How hard is it to get no foam right. I know you want to under pour, but fill my cup to the top. I pay for it. Give it to me.

I live in lakewood and I make my way to this Starbucks. Always greeted with a smile when walking in and the employees are always in a good mood. My coffee is out right away, no mistakes. Thanks Lulu and Starbucks crew for making my experience a good one.

I am a huge starbucks fan I normally go in and out but I’m trying something new to see which one I prefer most. I have to say this starbucks is one of the best ive been to. the employees were all friendly got greeted right away I loved how one of the employees tried to connect with me, I can’t say anything bad about it just that it was a bit crowded when I went. Nothing big but if your looking for a good starbucks I would recommend this one :)

The girlfriend and I love going out for coffee at night and hands down the best Starbucks around the area and friendly vibes! Highly recommend this place. Thanks Brian for the «Manly Drink!»

Grande latte please! :) Quick, friendly, and clean bathrooms! Not to mention a ton of pastries! Ive never had a problem going in and out of there quickly :)

I will go out of my way to go to this Store ever since I met Victor. I’m not sure if he is the manager or not but if he isn’t he should be. Probably the best customer service I have ever had. Props Victor. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on.

Maria The Batista is awesome! So friendly and works very hard. Their open times are perfect and the customer service is great. I appreciate more of the wireless charging section. This pretty dope. MARIA is awesomeee!

If you want a grande, you should just ask for a venti because they don’t know their drink sizes here.

I really enjoy this Starbucks the workers are friendly and it’s a great place to do some study/​homework or hangout with a friend. They are also the open really early and close pretty late at 11 which is really convenient for me because of my work and school schedule !! Thumps up for this place !!

I dont ever post negative reviews unless necessary but wow! Rude ass girls! My drink of choice is a caramel mocha frap with extra caramel drizzle. Ive gotten this drink fors years. Well apparently it doesn’t exist & i the customer am supposed to know how its made.
I went here this morning had my bf order it she repeated the order then handed me a caramel frappé. Wasnt the right thing so i had my bf tell the girl & she then said «we dont have that drink here» «are you sure its that»… I told her yeah i have always ordered that drink & it always says caramel mocha frappé on the lable. She then told me that drink doesn’t exist!!! Then how would i know to say sucha drink? Its not my job to know what its made out of! So she took my drink said they would make it with mocha & caramel drizzle (what i had been asking for from the beginning) i said alright & a minute later she rudely handed my bf a bullshit ass drink! This place has had shitty service before little ass girls in there always playing around & not being mindful of customers! but this was by far the worst. I may live 2 mins from here but i rather drive further.

This location is amazing! Their service is extremely organized and very efficient. The employees are very friendly and helpful. For instance, I was told the S’mores Frappucino and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch were discontinued but was offered one of their newest seasonal drinks the Coconut Mocha Frappucino, it was delicious! Definitely coming back to this location. I don’t understand why people would hate on this location. My only complaint is that I went through drivethru today and some crazy lady refused to get out of the line! C’mon

Every single time I’m here they are out of the Smores frap. And when I got upset about it today the cashier laughed in my face!!! Not funny I pay your bills ass hat!

Walked in. No one at the registers. Workers were bustling about. Wasn’t acknowledged for a good 2 minutes… and they had the nerve to ask if I was ready to order!!! Why on earth am I standing at the registers then!!! Just to stand there? No. because I want my coffee crack!
Waited and waited and finally got my drink. The only good part of my visit was a huge gob of caramel I sucked up through the straw. Delicious. The second best part was the huge dump that I took. Relieving!

This establishment is modern due to its recent existence. Baristas here are friendly, and location is conveniently off the fwy, so I can pick up my coffee and continue on my way. Management is very friendly! Can’t wait to go back

Finally found a good Starbucks to study at! This Starbucks moved from the Norwalk Town Square down the street to this new location, and now has a drive thru! They have multiple large tables which is great for study groups or just meeting up with a couple of friends over a cup of coffee!
The workers are very friendly, and the drinks come out delicious! This place does not get pack as much as the other Starbucks, except for when they have happy hours for frappucinos.
The only thing that I have a complaint about is how loud they play their music. But this is my new favorite local Starbucks!
