Ribeiro Enterprises – Septic Systems and Septic Pumping

Great, honest guys. I had what I thought was a main line clog. Plumber came out, saw I had septic and said I needed to call a septic company to have it pumped. I wasn’t sure what I needed. I found Ribeiro Enterprises and gave them a call. I asked if they would be able to pump our tank today (Saturday) as it was an emergency… couldn’t flush, run any water, shower etc. I spoke with Dylan, he said they would be able to pump today and asked me what was going on. I told him and asked my address and said he would be right over. He was at my house, within 15 minutes (or less). He was very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain things about the septic to my Dad and me. He told us that we didn’t need to have the tank pumped yet and suggested we wait. He changed our septic filter (that we didn’t know we had) and snaked out a clog in the drain, all for a reasonable rate. He didn’t try to suggest treatments that we didn’t need and we wouldn’t have known, not knowing a lot about septic systems. We will be using these guys for any septic needs going forward. Thank you!
