I really liked the owner Lisa. She was always friendly with me. I loved the price of the gel manicure but they would not last past one week on me. There was a high turn over of the pedicure ladies. The recent batch seems to not want to be there, did not do a great job, and seemed to talk about you to the other worker ladies in other languages. I stopped going.

This is my go to nail place. Cheap gel manicure at $ 20, and everyone is nice! I always have Lee do my nails. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the fact that you MUST make an appointment, and even if you do, you’ll most likely have to wait. You might not want to come here if you’re in a rush.

Never had I had to make an appointment on a weekday. I walk in and ask for a pedicure. The two Asian ladies tending ask me if I have an appt. I say no and they tell me they can’t today because it’s busy I only see one getting her feet done and one her nails wtf really. I was reluctant in coming in because the owner is rude as well but I like the girl that does the pedicures. Thank you for letting me untrust the only place I trusted with my feet.

I came here today because Paris nails was closed and I promised my daughter a mani pedi. When I arrived the owner was outside getting towels off of a drying rack and asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she said she could do it. I sat down and asked for a spa pedi because I knew my daughter would take a little longer, but the owner said no after looking at my daughter. They filled the pedi bath with just hot water and nothing else. I was so uncomfortable. I am 7 months pregnant and my daughter who is 3 and loves going(the one one activity she will just sit and relax) didn’t love it this time. They had her leaning over in the pedi chair to do a mani and got frustrated when she kept hitting her nails on the arm of the chair(she has nail polish on her skin because they didn’t bother cleaning it). I’ve never experienced anything like it. I am a 30 year old woman and was treated like a second class citizen not a customer. I would not recommend ever going to this place. The place is obviously empty for a reason and honestly as I was sitting looking around it was pretty messy and dirty. Save your self the aggravation and try another place. Nothing relaxing and inviting about the place or people.

I’ve been here a couple of times hoping that the service would be better. The woman who owns the place is really mean and makes you feel like you are a bother. They are so harsh on your nails to the point where it’s very painful, one time while they were cutting my cuticles, my finger started to bleed. My nails are sometimes very short and I go to the nail salons to make them look nice. Every time I’ve been there, the woman doing my nails makes frustrated noises and comments on how my nails are too short, making me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t care that their gel manicures are only $ 20. I would rather spend a couple of dollars more for better service and better treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had an appointment and still waited 1 hour. Another lady came in after me and Lisa took her ahead of me for pedi, I said something then she took me first. Then she did the ladies mani before mine. It is cheap but I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Never going back. You really do get what you pay for.

Love this place, best job and cheapest in the area. Lee is the BEST I’ve ever had, she does the greatest gel manicure, takes her time, it always lasts 3 weeks. You can’t beat $ 20 for a gel manicure, I tip her well so she makes sure I get seated quickly and with her every time.

I am giving 5 stars based on price. I have gotten my nails done here several times as per the recommendation of a friend and have never been unhappy. A gel manicure and pedicure lasted me an entire month last time I went without chipping and only cost $ 30!!! before tip. A great deal with quality technicians. However, make SURE to CALLAHEAD. If you don’t have an appointment or call to see how busy they are you may end up waiting a long time because they get a lot of walk-ins. Definitely a good salon.

The ladies are all great here, never had an issue with my appointments. They are by far the cheapest gel manicure around, 20 bucks and easily lasts 3 weeks without being careful at all! My nails always look great.

Love this place. Can’t beat the price and quality. Friendly staff. Gets pretty busy on weekends and evenings though so it’s best to call ahead.

This nail salon is very cheap but the woman Lisa who works there is very rude to the customers. The service isnt very good. everything seems rushed and they always overbook their appointments. I suggest the New Nail House in Northvale over this salon.

Affordable $ 20 mani pedi 7 days a week. They offer shellack manicure for an extra $ 10. They are friendly but appreciate appointments because there are frequent walk ins and it gets very busy! Don’t be offended if they tell you to come back at a later time.

I’ve been to Gallery Nail about 3 – 4 times on a recommendation from a colleague. It’s a small shop with about 4 pedi chairs and 4 mani stations. The owner is a very nice Korean women who is also friendly. Can’t beat the $ 20 mani/pedi special which is offered 7 days a week. Yes, it’s actually open on Sundays! And they do a great job! Talk about value for the money. These days that is something I feel is very important. I definitely consider this my nail place when I’m in need of a little help with my nails and would recommend it to anyone. Walk-ins are welcome or you can make a reservation.
